To address the problems of outdated technology in grain storage monitoring and management,as well as significant grain loss in China,we need to follow grain storage regulations and design an intelligent grain storage monitoring and management integrated system using advanced technology.This system can ensure safe storage of grain,convenient monitoring,technological innovation,and meet practical application needs.After analyzing the actual needs of the system in terms of application scenarios and operational performance,this topic has completed the design and development of six modules for grain information data collection,wireless communication,remote control,recording cargo information,video monitoring,and grain forecasting,and elaborated on the hardware and software development aspects of the system.The following studies were conducted:(1)Overall scheme design of grain depot monitoring system.Based on a master slave integrated controller,environmental data such as temperature and humidity,carbon dioxide,and moisture content of the grain depot are collected through sensors;Using RFID video recognition technology to collect information about the goods in and out of grain depots;Establish USB cameras in the grain depot to achieve video monitoring of the internal situation of the grain depot;At the same time,automatic and remote control functions are realized for grain depot equipment;The mode of data transmission between master and slave controllers is Zig Bee wireless communication.(2)Design of upper computer interface for grain depot monitoring system.Investigate the network structure of the data server,and complete the configuration and migration of the embedded server Boa and the embedded database SQLite3.In order to achieve dynamic web page interaction,CGI technology and AJAX technology are combined to asynchronously refresh web page data,achieving real-time display of data.Using HTML language,CSS style,and Javascript scripts,a web-based monitoring interface is written to achieve remote monitoring of data.At the same time,Echart tool is used to display the data collected by sensors in the form of a line graph.(3)Prediction of environmental information in grain depots.The environment of grain depots can fluctuate from time to time due to external factors.In order to help grain depot managers grasp the situation of grain depots in advance,classical Kalman filtering theory is optimized and the optimized Kalman filtering theory is applied to grain depots to predict the future environmental information of grain depots.Through a simulated granary built in the laboratory,a detailed test of the system’s functions and performance was conducted,and the results showed that various functions received good feedback and achieved the expected design goals.
