In recent years,China has paid more and more attention to the aquaculture industry,and put aquaculture into the "maritime silk road" plan and started the development of Marine fishery.Among them,the factory recirculating aquaculture model is a new type of aquaculture model.Its high efficiency is based on the core characteristics of recirculating water.It has the advantages of water saving,electricity saving and land saving.It has become the direction and research hotspot of sustainable development of aquaculture.Feed feeding,as an important part of circulating water in factories,still needs to be done manually at this stage.In order to solve the shortcomings of manual feeding in multi-layer tank industrial aquaculture mode,such as limited operating space,high working intensity and low feed utilization rate,an intelligent feeding system for industrial circulating aquaculture is designed in this paper.The system is based on K60 single-chip microprocessor,to follow the trail of trolley and feed.The feeding device and control system are composed of parts.The system runs on a specific feeding runway.According to the track information collected by the infrared tube and the feed information collected by the pressure sensor,the feeding or feeding can be judged,and then the intelligent fixed-point quantitative feeding can be realized.The preliminary test results show that the system runs steadily and reliably with a speed of 0.5-2.2m/s,a feeding positioning error of less than 2cm and a feeding error of less than 10 g,which basically meets the design requirements.
