| Buckwheat is a minor crop in our country,and it can be divided into sweet buckwheat and Tartary buckwheat.It is rich in nutrients,high in value and great in economic potential.Buckwheat is mainly planted in dry land,sloping land,mountainous area,the terrain of which are complex and uneven.As a result,it is impossible to complete a series of operations such as sowing,fertilizing,harvesting and so on by using agricultural machinery with a higher level of mechanization.So,buckwheat planting in Shanxi area is backward in harvest technology and mechanization level is relatively low.Therefore,we need a kind of buckwheat combine harvester which can satisfy the buckwheat harvest in Shanxi area,so as to solve the problem of low mechanization degree in Shanxi area.The existing buckwheat combine header has a relatively serious loss,so this paper aims to design and study new header,to solve the problem of serious loss for the existing buckwheat combine harvester header.It can promote the development of buckwheat harvest industry in Shanxi Province.The header is the core component of the combine harvester,and the result of its design is directly related to the harvest quality of the whole machine.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the header.In this design,we use computer software such as Matlab,Autocad,Solidworks,Ansys and so on.The virtual design of the header of buckwheat combine harvester is carried out.The combination of computer aided software and mechanism design reduces the cost of R & D and shortens the R & D cycle.The main design conclusions are as follows:(1)Determination of the overall layout scheme of buckwheat combine harvester cutting platform.In order to solve the problem of buckwheat lodging harvest and the high loss of buckwheat grain during harvest,the relative position relationship of cutting knife,spiral thruster and new-type plough device in cutting table system is determined in order to solve the problem of buckwheat lodging harvest and the problem of buckwheat grain loss during harvest.(2)The mowing device is composed of four-bar mechanism,and its kinematics and dynamics are analyzed.(3)The new type of plough device is driven by hydraulic motor,which controls the speed of the motor and matches the forward speed of the harvester,thus forming a reasonable plough curve.(4)Design a spiral transmitter which can meet the requirement of buckwheat harvesting.(5)A belt conveying device is additionally arranged on the header,so that the accumulation and blockage of the crops on the header are reduced,and the transportation of the crops is facilitated.(6)Redesigning the frame structure of the header to increase the area of both sides of the cutting table,so as to reduce the overturning of the panicle and grain caused by the too small side plate area of the traditional header frame.(7)Three-dimensional spatial structure design and modeling,virtual assembly and interference checking of buckwheat combine harvester cutting platform mechanism were carried out by using 3D modeling software Solidworks.(8)The static analysis of the cam mechanism in the mowing device with Ansys Workbench is carried out.The results show that the maximum stress 46.539 MPa of the cam mechanism is far less than the allowable force and the maximum deformation is 0.045578 mm.The strength and stiffness of the cam mechanism meet the requirements of application. |
