The header is one of the important components of the wheat harvester,which is mainly responsible for cutting the wheat and feeding the harvested wheat to the bridge.Vibration is a key factor affecting the header reliability,in this time,reel and cutter harvesting speeds are also one of the main factors to affect the harvest loss rate.In the design of the header,How to ensure the reliability of the header and reduce the harvest loss while ensuring the increase in its feed volume is a key issue that needs to be considered.Based on the systematic analysis of the structural characteristics of the wheat combine harvester header at home and abroad,this subject designed a wheat harvester header with a feed of 8 kg,carried out static analysis and modal analysis on the key components of the header.And kinematic analysis,the main research contents as follows:(1)On the basis of full investigation and review of related documents of the wheat combine harvester header,the structural characteristics of the 8 kg wheat combine harvester are analyzed.According to the performance requirements of the harvester,the structure design and parameter calculation of the key components such as the reel,cutting device and feeding auger of the header are carried out.(2)The statics analysis of the header frame is carried out.First,analyze the force of the header frame,forced result from the force analysis is applied to the header frame and statics analysis is performed to obtain the maximum deformation and maximum stress of the header frame.The first 6 modes of the header frame are analyzed,Through the analysis of the external excitation frequency,we are found that the resonance between other header parts with the header frame are different.(3)The linear perturbation modal analysis was carried out on the spokes of the reel,Obtain the first 6 modal frequencies of the reel spokes and the modes of each order.By comparing with the first 6-order mode shapes obtained from the constrained modal analysis,it is found that the mode shapes are the same as the corresponding linear perturbation modes,and only the natural frequency is greater than the linear perturbation mode.(4)Kinematics analysis of the reel and found that only when the reel speed ratioλ>1,the reel can play the role of reel.However,increasing the reel speed ratioλvalue will increase the peripheral speed((7) of the reel.At this time,the impact of the reel on the crop ears will increase due to the increase in the rotation speed,which will greatly increase the grain loss.Carrying out the kinematics analysis of the cutting mechanism,and the cutting displacement curve,speed curve and acceleration curve of the movable blade are obtained through simulation.The analysis results show that the cutting requirements of wheat plants can be met.(5)Field test verification and analysis of the prototype.Carry out a single factor experiment on related factors,and process the experimental data,carry out range analysis and variance analysis.The rotation speed of the reel is 45r/min,the forward speed of the harvester is 1.4m/s,and the vertical distance between the reel and the cutting mechanism is 1200mm.At this time,the designed 4LZ-8 wheat combine harvester reaches the best harvesting state.The gear ratioλis 1.6,which is the same as the simulation result.According to the best operating parameters obtained above,the field test was carried out.The test showed that the loss rate of the header was 0.85%and the effectiveness was 98%,which was better than the national standard.
