At present,the area of poisonous weed is expanding increasingly in grassland,so it becomes a study aspect of poisonous weed utilization after detoxificating.Achnatherum inebrians,a kind of perennial herb of gramineae Achnatherum,is one of the poisonous weed in northern of China,and restricts the sustainable development of animal husbandry seriously.In this study,the heading date of A.inebrians was as the research object,and the degradation effects of toxic alkaloids on A.inebrians with different physical,chemical and microbiologic methods were investigated,following the perspective of production and utilization,which aimed to avoid livestocks being poisoned,and use A.inebrians as a special forage resource to alleviate the lack of grass forage in this region.And then hope to promote the process of prevention and control work in the area raged with A.inebrians.The main results were as follows:1.In this study,the 30 kinds of degradation methods reduced the content of ergine and ergometrine,but the degree of degradation and its affected factors have some differences.To the physical methods,the degradation degree of ergine was related to the processing time,and ergometrine was related to the processing time,processing mean×processing time;The degradation of ergine and ergometrine was better treated by W9 and W7,and the degradation rates was 7.03%,7.73%,respectively.To the chemical methods,the degradation degree of ergine was not related to the processing mean,and the effect of single factor and two factors on ergometrine reached a significant level;H6 treatment which had the best degradation effect,degradation rate was up to 25.79%and 26.08%.In addition,the optimal treatment of degradating the two kinds of toxic alkaloids was Q4 and Q2 to all of the microbiologic methods,and the degradation rate was37.49%and 40.77%,respectively.In general,the degradation rate of the three kinds of treatments is microbiologic methods>chemical methods>physical methods.2.The effect of different degradation methods on the nutrient composition of A.inebrians was different.To the physical methods,except the processing time affected the ADF content and processing mean,processing time,processing mean×processing time had no effect on the ADL content,other nutritional indicators were subject to various factors;Baking and wilting increased the content of DM,CP,Ash and Ca content;The content of DM,CP,Ash and Ca decreased with the prolongation of immersion time,but NDF,ADF and ADL content were opposite.To the chemical methods,in addition to ADL content,treatment means,processing time,treatment means×treatment time have a certain impact on the remaining nutrients;DM,CP,Ash and Ca content showed a decrease,while the content of ADF increased,and the content of EE,NDF and ADL were fluctuant.To the microbiologic methods,DM,CP,Ash and Ca showed an increase,while the contents of NDF,ADF and ADL decreased.Overall,the influence degree of three treatments on the nutrient compositions are microbiologic methods>physical methods>chemical methods.3.Using the grey correlation degree analysis to evaluate all the treatments,the top 3 of degradation effect from high to low are Q2>Q4>W9.Therefore,the best way to degrade is microbiologic methods Q2,Q4 followed,by physical method W9 is the third;Although the chemical methods can effectively degrade the content of toxic alkaloids,the greater loss of nutrients.The appropriate degradation method are Q2?1×105 cfu/g lactobacillus plantarum silage 60 d?and Q4?1×105 cfu/g brassica napus silage 60d?treatment.
