Diagnosis And Treatment Of Canine Abscess In Dogs

Dog uterus pus is the occurrence of endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial inflammation,and infection of purulent substances in the bitch in the uterus of a dog is more common disease.If not timely treatment,it will lead to multiple organ damage,causing death in dogs.In this study,the uterine and ovarian tissues of 21 cases of Dog uterus pus and 5 normal sterilized bitches from November 2015 to December 2016,were collected at the animal hospital of Xinjiang Conducted a case study,and through blood routine and blood biochemical tests,X-ray and B-ultrasound imaging,confirmed the dog.The pathological changes of the uterus and ovary tissues were collected and the histopathological samples were made to observe the microstructure and ultrastructural changes,which provided the theoretical basis for the pathogenesis of this disease.The contents of the uterus were isolated and identified,and the types of pathogens were found in the dogs.Finally,the treatment of the disease was discussed.The average age of the pus was 8.04 years and the highest incidence was 47.6% and 28.5% in the estrus season(March-May,9-11 months)and one month after the estrus season(June and December)%.The highest incidence rate was 14.3% in Bo Mei and Kiba dogs,52.4% in dogs without pregnancy history.Obese elderly dogs,if there is no history of pregnancy,is more likely to suffer from the disease.In the clinical suffering from dogs and more out of the vaginal discharge out of purulent discharge,accompanied by mental depression,loss of appetite,unresponsive and other symptoms,and some dogs show the abdominal circumference increased significantly,polydipsia,respiratory rate and heartbeat Frequency and other phenomena.Blood routine results for most of the dogs were WBC and Gran generally higher,RBC,HGB,Ly-mph%,HCT generally lower than normal.Blood biochemical markers show a variety of indicators,can not be used as a standard for clinical diagnosis.X-ray display in the middle of the abdominal cavity has two higher density images,while other organs of the abdominal cavity appeared a place of displacement,and B-type ultrasound diagnosis showed in the abdominal cavity,one or more liquid no echo dark area,Andsome liquid dark areas exist sand grain-like material.Endometrial pathological observation of the results showed that the formation of atresia endometrial epithelium dendritic and papillary structure into the uterine cavity,epithelial necrosis and shedding obvious;open endometrium showed severe cystic hyperplasia,uterine inherent Layer gland volume increases,uterine gland epithelial flattening,glandular cavity secretions,uterine lamina propria thickening,often appear neutrophils infiltration in the blood vessels,endometrial capillary bleeding.Open and atresia muscular myometrial have a widening phenomenon.Ultrasonography observed in the endometrium epithelial defects and rupture,endometrial uneven,serious cell damage,severe damage to the endometrium will leak out of the uneven structure of the bottom.Of the 4 isolates of the uterus,4 were in Escherichia coli and 1had staphylococcus.Surgery treatment of 21 cases of dogs,the emergence of a case of death in dogs,other dogs were cured after treatment,surgery cure rate was 95%.Conclusion: The elderly are not born dogs easy to send dogs uterine pus,estrus season and estrus season after a month for the disease of the multiple time period,obese dogs should be alert to the occurrence of this disease.In the clinical dog prone to inflammation and anemia,B ultrasound diagnosis of the disease better,combined with clinical symptoms and X-ray easily diagnosed with the disease,blood biochemical indicators can be used to assess the dog's condition,for the follow-up treatment provide help.Suffering from dog endometrial cystic hyperplasia,epithelial tissue easy to fall off,cell susceptibility and necrosis.Surgical removal of uterus and ovarian treatment of the disease the highest cure rate.
