Grape is a worldwide economic crop,with relatively high economic value and nutritional value.How to cultivate a new variety with high quality and large grain has become a problem for breeding experts to explore actively.In this study,the hormone levels of several pairs of germplasm materials with same genotype and different ploidies were determined and analyzed.Therefore,the changes of plant characters caused by the variation of hormone levels of ploidy difference were explained.Three groups of 6 varieties were selected as the test materials,including tetraploid Red Globe and diploid Red Globe,tetraploid Muscat Hamburg and diploid Muscat Hamburg,tetraploid 2-2 and diploid 2-2.8 types of hormones in the 3 categories in leaves and root system of grape varieties with different ploidies were determined,including:IAA,ABA(t-ABA and c-ABA),CTK(ZR,ZOG,DHZR,i P and i PR).Results showed the following three points.1.IAA content in leaves,2-2 leaves,roots and leaves of Rosa rubra was diploid,higher than tetraploid,the roots of red earth and 2-2 were diploid and lower than tetraploid.2.2-2 ABA content in roots and leaves,roots and leaves of Rosa rugosa and leaves of Red Globe were diploid and higher than tetraploid,the content of root system in red earth is lower than that in tetraploid.3.2-2 The CTK content in roots and leaves,roots and leaves of Rosa rugosa and leaves of Red Globe were diploid and higher than tetraploid,however,the content of Red Globe leaves was lower in diploid than in tetraploid.
