Livestock is the main mode of economic development in Bayannur area of Inner Mongolia province.Its livestock amount is in the forefront of the country,but the mortality rate of livestock caused by infectious diseases is very high.The infectious diseases of livestock will not only cause the loss of herdsmen's economy,but also lead to the occurrence of many human and livestock co-diseases,and the resulting harm needs to be paid attention to.The prevention of livestock diseases is very important,but the existing research on epidemic prevention vehicles is not mature enough,which still has many problems.First,the present situation of livestock and the types of epidemic diseases in Bayannur area were investigated and sorted out in this paper.This paper makes a detailed analysis of the grassland geographical environment,the situation of epidemic prevention equipment,the operation route of professionals,the demand of users for epidemic prevention vehicles and the feasibility of the design,find out the existing problems,to establish the goal for the follow-up research and design.Secondly,the similarities and differences between the functions of each part are sought to study the way of integration between the functions of the epidemic prevention vehicle based on the existing structure of the epidemic prevention vehicle and other related functional vehicles and the original operation route of the professionals.Finally,a new combination and layout of the equipment and structure in the epidemic prevention vehicle is carried out by the modular design theory,in order to create a more efficient,safe and reliable way to prevent and control epidemic disease in the epidemic prevention vehicle.In order to improve the work efficiency and quickly and effectively curb the spread of livestock infectious diseases,the design concept of modular combination has been applied in this paper,which solves the problem of decentralized function of epidemic prevention vehicles at present.The way of extending the interior space of the car is used to expand the use space of the epidemic prevention vehicle,which enriches the design of the overall function space of the epidemic prevention vehicle.It is a new improvement and attempt to optimize the function of the epidemic prevention vehicle.
