| As the scale of China's aquaculture industry continuing to expand, the Commercialization rate increasing ,the breeding density and circulation radius constantly enlarging, the trade of animals and their products inside and outside of our country have become increasingly frequent, some major animal diseases take on the trend of widespread popularity. Zoonosis not only cause huge economic losses to the aquaculture industry and related industries and affect the continued and healthy development of the national economy, but also direct threat to human health, disrupt the normal order of social life, and result in serious social problems. The prevention of animal epidemic is not only the top issue about restricting development of the livestock industry, but also a national political and economic issue.In order to establish veterinary epidemic prevention system in line with the status of China's animal husbandry development, improve the capacity of controling animal diseases and reduce economic losses, and promote the development of animal husbandry, and more effectively serve for the production of animal husbandry, this research starts with the status quo of grassroots veterinary epidemic prevention system from Zhoukou City , has a comprehensive and systematic survey of animal husbandry and veterinary system of chuanhui district in Zhoukou City, and by analyzing the operating mechanism of animal epidemic prevention system in chuanhui district, explores the various factors of affecting grassroots epidemic prevention ,makes clearly the key issues and solving measures at present of the animal epidemic prevention system. The results show that: (1) China's existing veterinary management system is still not perfect; (2) The cultivation of veterinary professionals is incompatible with the requirements of the development of animal husbandry and veterinary;(3) disease prevention system is not perfect;(4) new and old diseases appear in turn ,and the difficulties of immunization increase. In view of this, we must strengthen animal epidemic prevention system, strengthen supervision and management of vaccination, and put epidemic prevention work of the disease into effect. |
