The removal of vineyard cold soil in spring is a unique field management operation in the grape producing areas of northern China,and its operation intensity is large and requires a lot of labor.The realization of mechanized removal of grape cold soil operation and relieving the Labor people burden will have a profound impact on the northern grape planting model.In this paper,the research status of cold soil removal machine is analyzed,the development trend is prospected,and the research scheme of hydraulic driven vineyard cold soil removal machine is established: and the key components,hydraulic transmission system and regulating mechanism of the whole machine are designed respectively,and the statics and motion simulation analysis of the sweeper are carried out.Hydraulic drive type cold soil removal machine between the mainframe frame and the tractor using a 3-point suspension of the way to provide power for the whole machine forward.The removal parts of grape cold soil are made of double cleaning plates structure,and the cold soil under two lines of grape frame can be removed by one operation.The hydraulic motor drives the cleaning disk rotation,simplifies the structure of the transmission system and saves the cost.The cleaning blades are made of rubber material to realize flexible soil cleaning,At during the soil cleaning process,It can reduce the mechanical damage to the vine sprouts and ensure the quality of grape planting.Through the mechanical structure to adjust the spacing of the cleaning plate,can adapt to different grape planting line spacing,increase the adaptability of the machinery,through the hydraulic cylinder to adjust the level of the cleaning plate,to achieve different heights of the terrain surface of the soil cover removal.In this paper,a three-dimensional model of vineyard cold soil removal machine is established,and the soil cleaning material in accordance with the cleaning blades is obtained according to the speed of the sweep disk,the speed of rotation,the radius of the sweep blade and the force yield of the cleaning blades.ADMAS software is used to simulate and optimize the distal cleaning trajectory of the cleaning blades under different factors,and the optimal design data is finally obtained.Field experiments are carried out on the whole machine,and the test results show that the operation effect of the cold soil removal machine is better.
