Tianjin is a coastal area, the groundwater level is high, the accumulation of salt in the surface soil and soil salinization is extremly severe so that the growth of many plants was limited.Colorful tree were encouraged in Tianjin for 10 yearsas ornamental plants of garden However, there are many problemssuch as blindness introduction seed, miscellaneous varieties, poor growth vigor, poor adaptability, dim leaf color and so on.In order to understand the adaptability of color leafed plants in different soil salinization of Tianjin City and the effect of soil salinity on plant growth, leaf color and leaf cells of various components of color leafed plants. In this study,Xiqing and Binhai New Area were selected as the samples of mild and moderate saline alkali soil, and Wuqing area as the control sample of the non s aline alkali soil 10 c olor leafed plants of Frunus cerasifera Ehrh.f.atropurpurea jacq?Prunus cistena?Prunus salicina?Amygdalus persica f.atropurpurea?Berberis thunbergii‘atropurpurea'? Ailanthus altissima Swingle,Tree of Heaeven?Ulmus pumila cv.jinye?Sop Hora japonica?Ligustrum vicaryi?Fraxinus chinensis Roxb were researched. The ecological adaptability of colorful tree was analyzed in the different alkali and saline soil by the dynamic observation of the rings. The effects of alkali and saline soil on on the leaf color was compared by the analysis oflightness difference,red-green saturation,yellow-blue saturation. The effects of alkali and saline soil onthe content of colored leaf was studied by the analysis of FTIR,automatic correction, smoothing andnormalization of automatic baseline by omnic8.0 software and the analysis of infrared spectroscopy and second derivative spectra by Origin7.5 software. Results showed that:1?The adaptability of Ulmus pumila cv.jinye on alkali and saline soil is highest than others, followed by Frunus cerasifera Ehrh.f.atropurpurea jacq, and then were Prunus salicina?Ailanthus altissima Swingle,Tree of Heaeven?Sop Hora japonica, the adaptability of Prunus cistena is the worst.According to the ecological response value,Ulmus pumila cv.jinye could be planted in moderate saline alkali soil, and Frunus cerasifera Ehrh.f.atropurpurea jacq?Prunus salicina?Ailanthus altissima Swingle,Tree of Heaeven?Sop Hora japonica could be planted in mild saline,Prunus cistena was not suitable for planting in saline alkali soil. All the colorful plants were growing pretty good in non saline land of Wuqing, the tree-ring increasement were bigger than that in mild and moderate saline, the plant growth on moderate saline alkali soil was the worst.2?The leaves lightness of colorful plants was decreased with the increasement of salt concentration(0.1-0.4%)and p H(7.5-8.7).The leaf lightness of Yellow-shades plant were bigger than Red shades.Besides, the lightness of upper surface was bigger than lower surface in the same species, the change of Berberis thunbergii‘atropurpurea' was the most obvious, and the change of Frunus cerasifera Ehrh.f.atropurpurea jacq and Prunus salicina werethe minimum. The lightness of colorful leaves and soil salinity showed a significant negative correlation and the correlation coefficient was above 0.87.The heavier the soil salinity was,the darker the plant leaves was. Therefore, the soil salinization made the colorful plants leaves dim,and the ornamental value of colorful plants were reduced. The red-green saturation of the leaves in Mild saline were higher than those in non saturation saline and moderate saline alkali soil. With the increasement of soil salinity, the green saturation of colorful leaf showed a downward trend after the first increasement, the red saturation was deepen in mild soil salinization. The yellow saturation was deepen in yellow-shades colorful plant with the increasement of soil salinity, and the yellow saturation of red-shades colorful plants was weaken in mild soil salinization and while deepen in moderate salinity. In conclusion, the color of leaves was darker made by the soil salinity. The red color of red-shades and the yellow color of yellow-shades were both more obvious in mild saline.3?The analysis of infrared spectroscopy and second derivative spectra showed that: The main components of leaves were sugars, proteins and lipids.T he lipid content in shrubs(Berberis thunbergii‘atropurpurea'and Ligustrum vicaryi)were much more than in arbor species, while the content of calcium oxalate was less than in arbor species.4?Comprehensive analysis showed that: With the increasement of soil salinization, the contents of carbohydrate of C-H?sugar ringin of Sop Hora japonica?Ligustrum vicaryi were increased, and the content in Ulmus pumila cv.jinye?Prunus cistena?Amygdalus persica f.atropurpurea?Berberis thunbergii‘atropurpurea' were decreased, while the contents of carbohydrate of Frunus cerasifera Ehrh.f.atropurpurea jacq was unchanged. The plant that the content of carbohydrate of C-O?C-C increased were Amygdalus persica f.atropurpurea while the plant that declined were Ulmus pumila cv.jinye,Frunus cerasifera Ehrh.f.atropurpurea jacq,Prunus cistena,Berberis thunbergii‘atropurpurea',and the content in Sop Hora japonica,Ligustrum vicaryi were unchanged. The corresponding functional groups of C-O protein(amide III)was decreased in the leaves of Prunus cistena. The content of protein(amide I band)corresponded by functional group C = O in Sop Hora japonica,Ligustrum vicaryi,Frunus cerasifera Ehrh.f.atropurpurea jacq,Prunus cistena,Prunus salicina,Amygdalus persica f.atropurpurea were decreased after increased first; The content of calcium oxalate corresponded by functional group C-H were decreased in the leaves of Ulmus pumila cv.jinye,Sop Hora japonica,Frunus cerasifera Ehrh.f.atropurpurea jacq,Prunus cistena,Prunus salicina,Amygdalus persica f.atropurpurea were decreased; The content of lipid corresponded by functional group C-H was decreased in the leaves of Ulmus pumila cv.jinye,Prunus cistena?Amygdalus persica f.atropurpurea were decreased; The content of lipid corresponded by functional group C-H,C-O in Berberis thunbergii‘atropurpurea' was increased; The content of carboxylic acid corresponded by Benzene ring skeleton in Sop Hora japonica was decreased.5?The composition changes of plant leaf in different saline-alkali environments could be judged by FTIR quickly and accurately.
