Organic agriculture is a kind of agricultural production mode which begins in 1920?40 s in Europe and the United States.Based on the need of the ecological construction,China has paid the special protection and management to the specific area with unique ecological value and has established some nature reserves.In our country,with wide distribution and many types,nature reserves have the extremely important status in the national ecological construction.However,due to the large population and high density,land resource for per capita is very limited.Therefore,in the nature reserve construction and management,we are faced with the severe contradiction between protection and development.How to coordinate the relationship between the nature reserve construction and rural economic development is a difficult problem facing the ecological construction and management in the nature reserves.Therefore,in this paper,two national nature reserves in Bashang area are taken as examples,the suitability evaluation system of organic food development and the key technologies of organic cultivation in protected areas are studied,and the model for the sustainable development the biodiversity of nature reserves and organic food was explored.The main findings are as follows:1)By collecting and collating the basic data of agricultural production in nature reserves,combining with the current situation of economic and social development of nature reserves,the study selected the dominant and restrictive factors,taking into account the easy to quantify the indicators,and to set up 25 crop farming indicators and 21 aquaculture indicators belonging to four attribute layers,and then build a suitability evaluation index system for organic food development of natural reserve.Through the expert evaluation method to determine the weight,using the distance index-AHP synthesis method,the result showed that Maojingba Nature Reserve and Hongsongwa Nature Reserve were suitable for organic food development.2)Taking the Hongsongwa National Nature Reserve as an example,the field experiment has been carried out to investigate key technologies,such as ecological control of soil and insect pests,soil fertility and input threshold of organic fertilizer for organic potato in nature reserve.The results showed that fewer pests occurred in potato planting,and a few black tingling occurred had no effect on yield.Fertilization system and amounts are important factors for the soil environment and crop quality.In the Hongsongwa Nature Reserve,organic fertilizer application rate was 59 t/ha(basal and top dressing ratio of 6:4)in organic potato cultivation,with the highest yield and nutrient quality of potato,and did not cause soil nitrate and quick phosphorus accumulation.3)Using Arcgis analysis platform,we selected the suitable development area of organic food in Maojingba Nature Reserve.This paper further analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of "Company + Farmer" and "Cooperatives + Farmers".Combining with the status quo of agriculture and animal husbandry industrialization in protected areas,it is suggested that the development and operation of organic food in Bashang area should be"Company + Cooperatives + Farmers".Meanwhile,the successful experience of organic food development in domestic and international nature reserves has been concluded.Local governments play an important role in the development of organic food in nature reserves.The development of organic food should adopt the model of "government guidance +service + policy support + supervision".
