| In this experiment, the seeds of Lespedeza davurica(Laxm.)Schindl have been used as a coating material to study the effects of different concentrations of adhesives as well as water-retaining impact on the vigor of the seeds of L.davurica, and the most optimal concentration treatment for seeds of L.davurica has been screened;diatomaceous earth and bentonite have been selected as a coating filler to study the physical properties of different proportions of filler formulations and screen out the best filler formulations;Combine the optimum concentration of adhesive with rhizobium, and rhizobium was inoculated on the seeds of L.davurica seedlings by seed dressing and pelletizing.Coating and pelletizing seeds of L.davurica with a seed coater, determined with Petridishes and in pot experiments, the effects of different coating treatments on seed vigor, agronomic traits, physiological and biochemical mechanisms of plants and rhizosphere soil enzyme activities have been studied, and it provides a reference for the best coating treatment of seeds,The results showed that:1.By screening the concentration of PVA solution,Physical properties such as film formation, ohesiveness, water solubility, shedding rate and seed vigor indicators such as germination rate, germination potential, germination index and vigor index were used for evaluation.Selecting a PVA solution with a mass fraction of 4% has good film forming and cohesive properties, low water solubility and shedding rate, and can improve seed vigor and germination characteristics, and can be used as a seed coating agent for L.davurica.By screening the concentration of SAP solution, evaluation of seed vigor indicators such as germination rate, germination potential, germination index and vigor index can be performed, selecting a 5% concentration of SAP solution can improve seed vigor and germination characteristics and can be used as a water retaining agent for L.davurica seed coating agent.Using diatomaceous earth and bentonite as a filler, indicators such as shedding rate and uniformity can been evaluated.Bentonite and diatomaceous earth are selected to be mixed in a ratio of 1:4 to be used as a coating for L.davurica seed coating. The growth curve of rhizobium of L.davurica is determinated, and rhizobium is best for inoculation of L.davurica when it is cultured from 20 to 24 hours.2.L.davurica seeds are treated after different coatings and it is observed that only the pelletized treatment group with a ratio of 1:1 increased the germination rate, germination potential, vigor index and emergence rate of greenhouse pot experiment in laboratory experiments. The plant height of the rhizobium seed dressing treatment group and the drug-species ratio of 1:1 and 1:2 increased by 5.08% to 1.20%,aboveground biomass increased by 27.94% to 41.18%,underground biomass increased by 52.11% to 60.56% while nodulation rate increased by 41.18%~121.56%.3.The effects of different coating treatment groups on the determination of L.davurica physiological indicators are as follows: The soluble sugar content and soluble protein content of each coating treatment group were increased compared with CK,and they have significant differences; The activity of POD,CAT and SOD in the plants of each coating treatment group was enhanced, the MDA content of the rhizobium seed dressing treatment group was higher than that of CK;the content of MDA in the pelletized coating treatment group with a ratio of 1:1 and 1:2 was decreased.4.The effects of different coating treatment groups on the determination of enzyme activity in the rhizosphere soil of L.davurica are as follows: The urease, sucrase, catalase and alkaline phosphatase activities in the rhizosphere soil of each coating treatment group were increased compared with the uncoated treatment group, the dehydrogenase activity was reduced compared to the uncoated treatment group. |
