The yield and quality of watermelon are restrained by too much inorganic fertilizer application and wilt disease recently.This thesis will study the effect of cooperating application of organic and inorganic fertilizers,as well as arbuscular mycorrhizal colonization on the yield and quality of watermelon.The main results are as follows:(1)The effects of combined application of chicken manure(traditional organic fertilizer),microbial organic fertilizer,cow manure organic manure and straw organic fertilizer on the yield,quality and nutrient uptake of watermelon were studied.Compared with traditional fertilization,chicken manure and compound fertilizer Compared with the application of microbial organic fertilizer,the yield of watermelon was increased,and the content of soluble sugar and Vc in the edge of flesh were significantly increased.The content of total nitrogen in melon and seeds increased significantly,and the content of total phosphorus in melon was significantly increased.Soil acid phosphatase activity increased significantly.The content of total sugar in melon and seeds increased significantly,and the contents of phosphorus in root,melon and seeds were significantly increased,and the contents of soluble sugar in the seeds were significantly increased.The content of total nitrogen in the leaves increased significantly,the contents of phosphorus in the old leaves increased significantly,and the contents of roots,new stems and old stems were significantly increased,and the contents of total nitrogen in the leaves were significantly increased,The contents of potassium in leaves and old leaves were significantly decreased.(2)Organic fertilizer application in a ratio of 0%,10%,20%,30%and 40%was carried out to investigate effect of differtent organic fertilizer ratio on nutrient uptake,yield and quality of watermelon.The results showed that,compared to control treatment different organic fertilizer The proportion of organic fertilizer was 30%,the yield was significantly increased,the proportion of organic fertilizer was 30%and 40%,the content of soluble sugar in the flesh was significantly increased,the ratio of organic fertilizer was 20%and 30%The content of soluble sugar in the edge of the flesh was significantly increased.When the ratio of organic manure was 20%,30%and 40%,the content of total nitrogen in the old leaves,melon and seeds was significantly increased.The ratio of organic fertilizer was 10%stems,older stems,new leaves,rind and seeds total phosphorus content of the organic proportion of fertilizer of 20%significantly improved new stems,older stems,rind and seeds total phosphorus content of the organic proportion of fertilizer 30%significantly significant increase new stem,the old stems,old leaves,rind and total phosphorus content of the seeds,organic fertilizer ratio of 40%increase in the total phosphorus content stems old;the proportion of organic fertilizer was 10%and the new root stems potassium was significantly decreased;organic fertilizer ratio 30%and 40%significant increase rhizosphere urease activity than organic fertilizer Significant increase of 40%rhizosphere acid phosphatase activity.(3)The effects of different seedling methods on the resistance to Fusarium wilt resistance and yield and quality of watermelon were studied by using different breeding methods of rooting and grafting,respectively.The arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and dry matter were significantly increased and increased 44.1%,the yield increased by 47.5%,the content of sugar and acid at the edge of the flesh was significantly increased,and the content of total nitrogen in the melon and seeds was significantly increased.The phosphorus content in the old stems,melon and seeds was significantly increased,the incidence of watermelon fusarium wilt and The rate of dead plants decreased,but did not reach the significant level;grafted watermelon to form arbuscular mycorrhiza,flesh at the center of the titratable acid content was significantly reduced,sugar and acid ratio increased significantly,the seed nitrogen and phosphorus content increased significantly,watermelon fusarium wilt The incidence rate has decreased,but did not reach a significant level.
