Hydroponics is the cultivation method that plant root system contact directly with the nutrient solution and is more advanced in the soilless cultivation.It is a efficient and clean cultivation method in vegetable production.that can effectively overcome the continuous cropping obstacles,improve the utilization of water resources and reduce the environmental pollution?Cucumber is a important facility vegetable in the world and has high economic value.However,in the production of cucumber in China,the way of hydroponics production is still relatively rare,and hydroponics cucumber grow fast,harvest early and concentrated,good quality,favored by consumers.At present,there is no special water culture cucumber varieties in China,screening of cucumber varieties adapted to hydroponics has an important role in production of hydroponics cucumber.In order to screen out the suitable hydroponic cucumber genotype material and provide theoretical and technical support,A total of 16 different genotypes of cucumber cultivars were selected in the process of plant growth and fruit development in different genotypes of cucumber by using the method of deep flow of small-scale pipeline.The main results are as follows:1.The plant height,stem diameter and leaf area of different genotypes of watermelon were measured and analyzed at the seedling stage of plant growth.The results showed:According to comprehensive comparison of plant height,stem diameter and leaf area,Nan shui 3 and Jin you 35 were better than other cultivars,the plant growth was good,627?CC3?Xintai mici and L8 were relative worse?The chlorophyll,root vigor and relative conductivity of the plants were determined at 1 month after planting.Among the 16 tested varieties,the chlorophyll content of the plant was different from that of CC3?Jinyou 35?L8,627 and Poinsett76,and the difference was significant.The highest content of chlorophyll was Nan shui 3,followed by Jinyou 35 and Nanshui No.2,the lowest chlorophyll content was 7011A-G.The strongest root vigor was Jinyou 35,followed by Nanshui No.3,the difference were not significant,but significantly higher than other tested varieties.The lowest root vigor was Poinsett76,which was not significantly different from IL52 and IL77.The highest relative conductivity is IL77,followed by Poinsett76,the lowest is Jinyou 35.According to the morphological and physiological indexes of the seedling stage,the adaptability of Jinyou 35 and Nanshui No.3 was the best in the hydroponic,and the adaptability of the processed cucumber 7011A-G,627 and Poinsett76 was poor.2.In the friut stage of plant,the agronomic traits of different genotypes of cucumber were compared with the characteristics of fruit,fruit yield,quality,commercial and disease resistance.The results showed that among the 16 varieties,the material of Nanshui No.3 was the best,the yield was the highest,the flowering was very early,and the fruit quality was high,the product was good,and the comprehensive traits were the best in the tested varieties.Jin you 35,L8,Cuiyu 8 and IL10-1,the yield of Jinyou 35 was only lower to Nanshui No.3,but the occurrence of powdery mildew was observed.In the Yield trait,L8>Cui yu 8>IL10-1,the characteristic of Commercial?disease resistance was good;Poinsett76 yield the lowest,aphids was serious,and powdery mildew was susceptible,fruit quality and merchandise was ipoor.
