| In the experiment drought-enduring and undesired water logging of red multi-petalled Kalanchoe blossfeldiana were chosen as experimental materials. We set a different levels of nutrient concentration of Hoagland and Arnon, throgh measuring the growth, physiological, ornamental index, to study the effects of different concentration of nutrient solution on Kalanchoe. The purpose is to select the appropriate nutrient solution on the basis of previous studies, to provides a strong theoretical basis for leaves succulent plant in daily life.The test results showed that:1Kalanchoe blossfeldiana can rooting in water without exogenous hormones;2Kalanchoe blossfeldiana will be good survival, growth and have a good ornamental value in1/2,1/4concentration of nutrient treatment.3Kalanchoe blossfeldiana have a better meristematic in1/4concentration of nutrient treatment than in the other treatment;4The leaf type of Kalanchoe change in the light intensity, regardless of the concentration of nutrient solution.5Different concentrations of nutrient solution treatment plant physiological indicators with the control difference is significant, consistent with plant morphology, the experimental conditions, the measured physiological indicators of objective response plants growth.6Expect the control group, increase and decrease range of physiological index are fast in full concentration treatment than others in the same growth environment, not conducive to plant growth steady.1/2,1/4concentrations of physiological index variation is moderate. |
