Forest fire is the most serious disaster causing harm to forests,which is occasional and sudden.Their damage scale is large,spread speed is fast,and they always cause huge damage to the forest and serious influence to the development of society,economy and even politics,and also destroy the stability and balance of original environmental ecosphere.With the development of new technologies such as mobile intelligence,big data,VR and AR in recent years,coupled with the continuous improvement of the forest management system,the previous forest fire prevention and control system can't meet the demand of informationalized precision forestry.On the basis of reviewing and summarizing the advanced theory and experience of forest fire prevention in domestic and foreign countries,this paper analyzes the system demand in detail,summarizes the mechanism and the impact factor of burn and spread of forest fire,discusses the classic model of forest fire spread velocity,studies the method of computer simulation of forest fire spread.By Comprehensive Analyzing various models,we identify the optimal spread velocity model by Wang Zhengfei and Huygens model of forest subcompartment.According to the forest fire fighting mathematical model and based on the spatial geometric network optimal fire path analysis,it can be used as the basis of the system to realize the decision support module.In this paper,the C/S model is used as the method of the system development,and the ArcGIS Engine component development tool is used to develop the secondary development of the geographic information system,which is based on Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 as the development platform.At the same time,the system chooses DevExpress Components to design interface,and uses SQL Sever and ArcSDE for establishing forest fire database.a forest fire spread simulation and rescue decision-making platform is also done by combining with Unity3D animation engine design.The platform can realize the functions of forest fire prevention and control map,the simulation of forest fire spread situation,the auxiliary decision of forest fire fighting and the function of map drawing and statistical output.This paper basically completed the expected research objectives,which will help to accurately simulate the behavior of forest fires,improve the forest fire information management and efficiency of the command and management.
