System Construction Of The Green Development For China’s Forest Therapy Industry

Forest therapy is a new thing in China and proves to be a powerful measure for the implementation of "Two Mountains Theory".As an emerging industry,forest therapy industry can help to strengthen people’s physical condition and drive national economic growth.However,some factors obstruct forest therapy industry from developing soundly to some extent,such as its just rising,the homogeneous development,and people’s unfamiliarity with itself.For the hysteretic formulation,China,s system of forest therapy industry fails to direct the industry’s development legally and specifically.As a result,there exists a gap between the fact and the goal for making people step into forest,experience forest,and harvest health from forest.Considering the fact mentioned above,this dissertation boldly proposes to construct a system meeting the current development of forest therapy industry and aims at promoting green development of the industry,First,using data analysis,comparative research,interview,and other methods,we analyze and compare the development of forest therapy industry in various provinces based on its current situation and information on institutional construction in the past five years.Meanwhile,we discuss the problems of establishing the green development system for China,5 forest therapy industry as well as the eauses they occurred at the level of law and regulation,behavioral norms,and culture-cognition.The research shows that distemperedness of related legal systems,lack of follow-up policies,and imperfection of relevant standards lead to less normative development of industry and less enthusiasm of enterprises.It should promote corporate social responsibility and perfect internal norm of enterprises engaging in activities related to forest therapy.And the phenomenon that qualifications identify nonstandardly often occurs.This makes enterprises be absent from social responsibility and innovation and further hampers the green development of forest therapy industry.In addition,governments’ less attention to forest therapy,forest farms’ unclear objective for their development,and people’s poor understanding of therapy industry are all the problems to be solved urgently to develop forest therapy industry.Finally,the theory of social institution,stakeholder,and ecological ethics are applied to construct the green development system for China’s forest therapy industry from three aspects.To be specific,the first aspect is to generate management system and norms,including compulsory system and uncompulsory system.The second aspect is to construct supporting policies and measures by analyzing the interest demands of key stakeholders of forest therapy.The third aspect is to construct the value system.
