Research On The Construction And Evaluation Of The Agricultural Green Development Index System In The Yangtze River Economic Belt

Looking back on history,every new level of agriculture is inseparable from major breakthroughs in technology and tools,but many problems also follow,such as damage to the ecological environment,excessive consumption of natural resources,etc.These problems all explain why green development of agriculture is urgent.Not long ago,the "14th Five-Year Plan for National Agricultural Green Development" was promulgated,which proposed a new approach for the country’s agricultural green development.The Yangtze River economy carries nearly half of the country’s total economic output.As the country’s main agricultural product production base and green agricultural development demonstration area,it is of great significance in the country’s overall development strategy.Therefore,this paper takes the Yangtze River Economic Belt as the research object,referring to the research results of domestic and foreign scholars,and systematically sorts out the theories and methods related to agricultural green development.The evaluation index system of agricultural green development with 19 specific indicators in 5 dimensions including green supply,production efficiency and life security,and the combination weighting method(Entropy-AHP)is used to obtain the index weight.In this paper,the WAA operator and the dual incentive model are used to evaluate and analyze the green development of agriculture in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The research results show that Zhejiang,Shanghai,and Jiangsu have great advantages in multiple dimensions.However,Guizhou Province has a great advantage in the dimension of environmental protection,while other provinces and cities perform poorly,and other provinces and cities perform poorly.The provinces and cities with the comprehensive level of agricultural green development from high to low from 2013 to 2020 are: Zhejiang,Shanghai,Guizhou,Jiangsu,Chongqing,Hubei,Sichuan,Jiangxi,Anhui,Hunan,Yunnan.At the end of the article,some suggestions for accelerating the improvement of the agricultural green development level of the Yangtze River Economic Belt are given in a targeted manner.
