Study On Construction And Application Of Evaluation System Of Green Agriculture Development Level In Northern Xinjiang

The negative effects brought by "petrochemical agriculture" in Xinjiang make the problem of balanced agricultural development with ecological environment increasingly serious.Under the background of deteriorating ecological environment,it is crucial to pay attention to the green development of agriculture.This paper studies the green development of agriculture in northern Xinjiang.The aim is to provide reference for promoting green development of agriculture in northern Xinjiang,so as to promote harmonious development of agriculture and ecological environment.Firstly,this paper summarizes and analyzes the literatures about agricultural green development at home and abroad by means of literature analysis,and defines the concepts of green development and agricultural green development.At the same time,this paper expounds ecological agriculture theory,sustainable agriculture theory and green agriculture theory.In addition,this paper introduces the basic situation of agricultural green development in Xinjiang and northern Xinjiang;Secondly,this paper strictly abides by the principles of construction,and screens out the indicators that are frequently used in the evaluation of agricultural green development in China.Then,this paper selects 19 indicators from four aspects: economic efficiency,resource utilization,ecological environment and green production,so as to establish the evaluation system of agricultural green development level in northern Xinjiang,and collects the data of each indicator through Xinjiang Statistical Yearbook,Xinjiang Rural Economic Statistics Report,local people’s government network and other channels,and evaluates the agricultural green development situation in northern Xinjiang from 2014 to 2018 by using AHP and multi-indicator comprehensive evaluation model.Finally,through the evaluation results,this paper analyzes the existing problems of agricultural green development in northern Xinjiang and puts forward corresponding suggestions.The results of this study show that the index of agricultural green development level in northern Xinjiang from 2014 to 2018 is-0.52551,0.03963,0.23226,0.10629 and 0.14733.In the past five years,the green development level index has been rising continuously.The comprehensive evaluation index in 2014 was less than zero,which indicated that the agricultural development in northern Xinjiang did not show a green development state in 2014.From 2015 to 2018,the evaluation indexes are all greater than zero,but the indexes are not very large,indicating that the level of agricultural green development in northern Xinjiang is at a relatively low stage.It also shows that the agricultural green development in northern Xinjiang presents a "micro-green" development trend from 2015 to 2018.Combined with the specific problems of agricultural green development in northern Xinjiang,this paper puts forward a number of targeted suggestions,such as implementing green scheme to reduce agricultural non-point source pollution,improving water saving efficiency of agricultural water,focusing on "white pollution",and improving land circulation level,so as to provide reference suggestions for formulating relevant agricultural green development strategies in northern Xinjiang.
