Jianshui County is located in Honghe Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture in Yunnan Province,it is a serious karst rock desertification county in Yunnan Province,also is a Grade I forest fire risk county announced by the State Council of Yunnan Province.Due to the serious desertification in the area and the dry climate,the ecological environment is relatively fragile,and the growth of vegetation is limited by the environment.Forest fires can cause serious damage to forest vegetation and are difficult to recover in the short term.How to proceed from the perspective of biological fire,Selecting fire-proof plant material in rocky desertification treatment and vegetation restoration,it is especially necessary to improve the fire resistance of forests.This study selected 1 8 species of afforestation trees widely used in the comprehensive management of rock desertification in Jianshui County.Measure the contents,burning properties,bioecology,afforestation economics and other characteristics of leaves,branches and bark,and apply AHP to classify,classify and rank their fire resistance.To select suitable fireproof tree species for artificial afforestation and vegetation restoration in the rocky desertification area of jianshui county,it also provides some theoretical support and practical reference value for forest fire prevention work.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The study of the contents and the burning properties indicate that:there are significant differences in moisture content,ignition point,caloric value,crude ash content,and crude fat content between tree species and individuals.In general,the moisture content is greater than the branches and bark of leaves;burning points are generally woody plants>herbaceous plants>lianas;calorific value is that conifers are generally larger than broadleaf trees;ash is the largest of the leaves,and the second is the bark branch.Crude fat is older than young forest,and trees are higher than shrubs and grasses.(2)The application of expert scoring method to comprehensively analyze the bioecological characteristics and afforestation economics of each tree species,the results show:Cyclobalanopsis glauca(Thunb.)Oerst?Michelia macclurei Dandy?Quercus acutissima Carruth?Pittosporum brevicalyx?Quercus variabilis?Pistacia chinensis Bunge?Ligustrum lucidum?Photinia serrulata Lindl and Ternstroemia gymnanthera(Wight et Arn.)Beddome are highly resistant to fire,and they have a wide range of application and high economic value.(3)Taking the 16 indicators of internal combustion materials,combustibility,bio-ecology,and afforestation economics of each tree species as evaluation factors,applying AHP to comprehensively evaluate the fire resistance of 18 species of trees,available:Category ?(optimal fire tree species):Michelia macclurei Dandy?Pistacia chinensis Bunge?Camellia OleiferaAbel?Pittosporum brevicalyx;class ?(better fire-resistant tree species):Ternstroemia gymnanthera(Wight et Arn.)Beddome?Photinia serrulata Lindl?Ligustrum lucidum?Cyclobalanopsis glauca(Thunb.)Oerst?Symplocos sumuntia;? Category(general fire tree species):Sapiumdiscolor Quercus acutissima Carruth?Quercus variabilis?Pistacia weinmannifolia J.Poisson ex Franc;type ?(not suitable for fire tree species):Pinus yunnanensis?Fraxinus malacophylla?Eucalyptus globulus Labill?Pinus massoniana Lamb?Platycladus orientalis(L.)Franco.In summary:in the afforestation of the forest,it is better to choose the type ? tree species that are hard to burn and have strong fire resistance.They have strong fire protection performance,high economic efficiency,and strong adaptability.in order to reduce the occurrence of forest fires in flammable forest stands,the flammable tree species can be used to construct a mixed forest with good fire performance through thinning,this effectively prevents forest fires.Type IV tree species with poor fire resistance are prone to forest fires,and pure forests should be avoided as much as possible.
