With the large-scale production and utilization of forestry biomass energy,its impact on the natural and social environment has become increasingly prominent.Sustainable evaluation is an important means to evaluate its impact.But at present,there 1s no system related sustainable forestry biomass energy in China.Although some foreign scholars have carried out research on the criteria and indicators of sustainable development of forestry biomass energy,there is a lack of empirical research.The research on principle in control under the guidance of forestry biomass energy in China based on the actual,using the gray statistical method and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,completed the screening and determine the weights of evaluation index of sustainable forestry biomass energy;The evaluation system of environmental,social and economic three aspects was established.In this research,we selected black locust energy forest of Luoning,Henan province to carry out an empirical study.And in this study,the comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the present situation of RobiniaPseudoacacia solid fuel was carried out.The main results and findings of this study include:(l)Based on the connotation of sustainable development of forestry biomass energy,this paper makes a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the existing 23 biomass sustainable management evaluation systems and related literatures by using the grounded theory.And in this study,a set of indicators for sustainable evaluation of forestry biomass energy from 3 aspects,including environment,economy and society,is constructed by the 90 indicators.(2)Based on the questionnaire survey of three groups of researchers,enterprise or forest farm staff,government personnel,this paper uses the gray theory to carry on the data statistics and the analysis,and selects the 26 key evaluation indexes.The framework of evaluation index system is established,which includes 3 criteria layer indexes?10 one class indexand 26 two class indexes.(3)In this study,we selected the Robinia pseudoacacia energy forest of Luoning,Henan province to carry out the empirical sustainability evaluation and used the investigation of ecosystem·carbon storage,soil quality and surface water quality survey,biodiversity survey,benefit evaluation and so on to complete determination and collection of the index value.Through the analysis,the final comprehensive index value is 0.059,of which the environmental index value is 0.124,the social index index value is 0.042,and the economic index value is about-0.023.This shows that the negative impact from the current stage of the development patterns on the environment,society is lesser,but the economic viability is poor.However,there is still a long distance from the complete sustainable management.(4)On the basis of this evaluation,this study analyzed the characteristics of solid fuel Robinia pseudoacacia in Luoning,Henan province.According to the index of lower score,this paper puts forward the management scheme of Robinia pseudoacacia energy forest for the future.First,strengthen the management of raw materials planting stage,improve raw material yield;Second,strengthen the cost control of raw materials,reduce production costs;Third,establish the long-term evaluation mechanism,make the scientific management.
