Study On Developing Countermeasure Of China’s Forestry Mechanization From Innovation-driven Perspective

Forestry modernization is an urgent need to achieve green development,the State Forestry Administration has repeatedly proposed to accelerate the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy to support the forestry modernization,and the realization of forestry modernization must rely on forestry mechanization.However,China’s forestry mechanization level is not high,the popularization and utilization of forestry machinery is low,personnel training and technology development is still very weak.This paper is based on the theory of innovation-driven,and puts forward the innovation-driven model of three subjects and four dimensions.From this theoretical model,this paper systematically combs the history,current situation and existing problems of forestry mechanization in China,and tries to analyze the causes of existing problems.Secondly,it summarizes and learns from the process and concrete experience of the development of agricultural mechanization in China.Finally,the author discusses the innovation function of government,enterprises,universities and scientific research units,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the forestry mechanization from the innovation factors of system,technology,personnel training and cultural environment.The study has certain practical significance,hoping to provide reference for the China’s forestry authorities to formulate relevant policies.
