Forest resources as the main body of ecological civilization construction,has a special status and shoulder the glorious mission.The destruction of forest fire is extremely great,the harm is very deep,and the economic loss is serious.Forest fire,precaution crucial.Forest fire prevention service is an activity to prevent the occurrence of forest fires hold by forest troops,the implementations of the action,usually including publicity,patrol,clear hills,set up checkpoints,prescribed burning and so on.The scientific evaluation of the effectiveness of forest fire prevention service scheme and rational planning of forest fire prevention service execution path are of great significance for forest fire prevention.In this paper,the fire prevention service scheme of different forest fire conditions was taken as the research object.From the four aspects of the personnel,the equipment,the logistical support and the fire-fighting ability,using the intuitionistic fuzzy sets and the TOPSIS method,firstly establish the evaluation index system of forest fire prevention service scheme.Firstly using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and Delphi method to calculate the weight of the index,then constructed the intuitionistic fuzzy evaluation matrix,established the positive and negative ideal solutions and calculated the distance of the alternatives to the positive and negative ideal solutions,finally calculated the comprehensive evaluation index,and get the ranking of the fire service program effectiveness.According to the results of the comprehensive evaluation of the fire service scheme,in order to better carry out forest fire service set the time as the shortest path weight.Classified the road,and given the speed of different roads,according to the length of the road can get the road travel time.Introduced the important fire prevention target,and obtained the weight of important fire prevention target by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).By comparing the weights of two service targets to get the urgency factor,given a definition of the service waiting time,on the basis of considering the urgency factor and service waiting time,getting the optimal execution path algorithm of forest fire prevention service based on Dijkstra,and introduced the basic idea and implementation steps of the algorithm according to the legend in detail.It is proved that the method is feasible based on the analysis of Baritu area.The comprehensive evaluation method of forest fire prevention service plan and the optimal execution path of forest fire prevention service,which provides not only an effective scheme evaluation system but also a pathfinding basis for forest fire prevention service.
