Evaluation Of Green Prevention And Control Benefit Of Tea Garden In Anhui Province

The "14th Five-year Plan for Green Agricultural Development" points out that we should implement the decisions and deployment of the CPC Central Committee and The State Council to promote green agricultural development and accelerate the overall green agricultural transformation.As one of the characteristic and advantageous agricultural industries in China,the tea industry should change its development mode,develop green tea products,take the road of ecological development,change the traditional tea plantation management mode,and promote the application of green tea plantation prevention and control technology.At present,the research on green prevention and control of tea garden in China mostly stays at the level of technology and promotion,and lacks the research on comprehensive benefit evaluation.So this article build evaluation system for Anhui province tea garden green control system evaluation on the benefits,first,the literature analysis method is used to build the evaluation index system,secondly determine index weight through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)expert scoring,establishing evaluation system,and finally use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for comprehensive evaluation of Huizhou district implementation of prevention and control of tea garden green benefits.This paper draws the following conclusions: First,establish the evaluation system of green prevention and control of tea gardens in Anhui Province,and the weight of the first-level indicators is the largest ecological benefit,followed by economic benefit,social benefit and policy benefit.Among the 14 secondary indicators,the top three are species richness,improvement of green prevention and control regulation system,and tea output value.The results showed that the comprehensive score of green prevention and control benefit of Tea gardens in Huizhou was 0.6039,which was a good grade.Among the first-level indicators,the comprehensive score of economic benefit,ecological benefit and policy benefit is 0.6139,0.6008 and 0.6206,respectively,which are all good.The comprehensive score of social benefit is 0.5780,which is general grade.The evaluation results were analyzed based on the actual situation of Huizhou district,and the situation was basically the same.Therefore,the evaluation system of green prevention and control of tea gardens in Anhui province established in this study is feasible.
