Analysis On Current Situation And Management Countermeasures Of Stow Net Fisheries In Zhejiang Province

The stow net is one of the nets imported from South Korea in the late 1980 s and early 1990 s.It has the advantages of low energy consumption and high fishing efficiency,but at the same time as a passive fishing gear,the selectivity of the catch is relatively Poor,occupying a large fishery,it is easy to cause fishery disputes.With the decline of fishery resources in the East Yellow Sea,the phenomenon of damage to juvenile fish resources by the s tow network has been severely affected.The state has carried out restrictive management of the stow net fishery from various aspects.Based on a series of restrictive policies,stow net fishery still persists.In response to this contradiction,it is necessary to carry out research on the utilization of the resources an d management policies of the stow network for the more reasonable and effective development of the stow net fishery.This paper uses social survey methods,data collection methods,and residual production models to conduct research.The status quo of vario us aspects of the stow net fishery was analyzed,and the following conclusions were drawn: the distribution of the fishery in the stow net is relatively stable but the area is large,the fishing nets are gradually enlarged,the fishing intensity is high,t he total CPUE is decreasing,and the small value is small.The CPUE of miscellaneous fish increased greatly,the proportion of juvenile fish was higher,and the proportion of juvenile fish and small yellow croaker was 74.49%.It was difficult for employees to switch to production and the economic benefits were relatively low compared with other operation methods.On the basis of full investigation and interviews,combined with the results of analysis and research,the following management suggestions are pr oposed: first,improve fishery management methods and improve fishery management system;second,strengthen fishermen's self-discipline and management of migrant workers;third,rationally and scientifically plan stow net fishery,gradually realize the quota fishing management system;Fourth,strengthen the management of fishing nets;Fifth,strengthen the management of catches;Sixth,use scientific and technological means to transform and supervise the s tow net fishing industry,and promote the safe fishing of the stow nets development of.
