Because jujube has little investment in production and cultivation, high efficiency, drought resistance and durability, and has high resistance to thinness and salt and alkali resistance,it has become an important tree species for industrial restructuring in China in recent years. However,in the process of planting and promoting jujube trees, there are problems such as mixed varieties and too few excellent varieties. In this study, two jujube-producing offspring populations and two jujube hybrid progeny populations were used as research objects, trying to analyze the genetic variation tendency of main traits of their offspring population, providing theoretical reference and guidance for further research on jujube trait genetic research and cross breeding.Specific germplasm resources are screened in the offspring population. In this study, the thirteen offsprings of 'Pinglujianzao' and 13 live offsprings of 'Popozao' were used as materials to observe the main branch traits, leaf traits, acupuncture traits and fruit traits. The leaf length, leaf type index, the length of acupuncture on the second branch and the coefficient of variation of single fruit weight were larger in the two progeny populations, while the coefficient of variation of leaf width, central dry acupuncture length, fruit diameter and soluble protein content. Both are small.Among the offspring, more than 50% of the offspring's leaf margin, leaf shape and jujube color have the same or similar performance. The weight of single fruit was significantly correlated with the transverse diameter of the fruit and the longitudinal diameter of the fruit, and the longitudinal and transverse diameters of the fruit.Four individual plants with excellent comprehensive traits were screened out,and 19 germplasms with abundant in soluble sugar content or high titratable acid resources. The coefficient of variation of secondary branches and leaf area of winter jujube and JMS2 two jujube control hybrids were larger, while the coefficient of variation of secondary branch curvature, leaf length and leaf type index were smaller. However, the length of secondary branches and the length of jujube hanging in the progeny group of JMS2 control group were significantly larger than those in the jujube-controlled hybrid population, while the width of petiole was significantly smaller than that in winter jujube control. And the color of the jujube head, leaf color, leaf state, leaf base, leaf tip, leaf margin and leaf shape of the two hybrid progeny groups were separated, and a new phenotype which was different from theparents was observed.Color, leaf shape and so on are quantitative traits controlled by multiple genes, and the ratio of separation of different progeny of male parents is very different. The leaf involution may be a homozygous recessive trait controlled by single gene. The coefficient of variation of single fruit weight and titratable acid content of the two populations of'Pinglujianzao' and 'Popozao' and the population of JMS2 control hybrids were larger, while the coefficient of variation of cross-sectional diameter and soluble protein content of the core was smaller..The fruit weight, fruit longitudinal diameter, soluble total sugar content, and titratable acid content coefficient of the two progeny populations and the JMS2 control hybrid progeny group all exceeded 25%.
