Light intensity is one of the key to plant growth and physiological response.In the controllable environment,the choice of suitable light intensity parameters is the core issue of wheat growth and production.The controllable environment mainly relies on artificial light,light intensity has been the key constraint factor of wheat cultivation experiment in the controllable environment,and has not been effectively solved.Unsuitable light intensity not only leads to light stress,but also associated with other multiple stress,leading to physiological and ecological experimental study can not obtain accurate and reasonable expectations.The controllable environment with suitable light intensity,it is possible to cultivate the whole growth period of wheat,which not only makes the cultivation of wheat under whole season,but also greatly shortens the breeding process.Making the germplasm resources library regularly updated,Resources,new materials,the initial expansion and identification of more secure and efficient.This paper reviewed the suitable artificial light environment is beneficial to the preservation of germplasm resources,plant seed generation reproduction,crop cultivation stress physiological ecology research,plant growth control of precision,non-arable land and the use of natural resources.In this experiment,the effects of light intensity and vernalization on the growth and yield of winter wheat in controllable environment were studied with 'Yangmai 16' as experimental materials.Light intensity on growth and development of winter wheat in artificial controllable environment were investigated.Main research results were as follows:1.The light intensity of 550?mol搶-2新-1 was beneficial to the growth and yield of wheat.The high light intensity was more favorable for the accumulation and distribution of dry matter in wheat.Which may be improved the light intensity was more favorable for wheat growth during jointing and flowering stage.2.Under artificial light conditions,spike number and spikelet number are the key factors to determine wheat yield.In the critical growth period of effective tiller formation,the light intensity of below 450 ?mol搶-2新-1 is is not suitable for wheat tillering of natural vernalization and budding vernalization.Wheat was teratmented by budding vernalization,the main stem is slow and the process is long at jointing to booting stage,which is beneficial to the accumulation of nutrients in the main stem.The light intensity of 500?650 ?mol搶-2新-1 is beneficial to prolong the growth process in the flowerting to mature stage.Under controlled environment,The light intensity of 500?650 ?mol搶-2新-1 is beneficial to morphological composition of wheat leaves.During the flowering stage,The light intensity of 500?650 ?imol搶-2新-1 is reasonable.3.Artificial light treatment is beneficial to improve the utilization of light energy.Wheat flag leaves have a higher utilization and adaptability to the light intensity of 650?mol搶-2新-1.The light intensity of 500 ?mol搶-2新-1 can reduce the light compensation point and dark respiration rate.Considering the reduction of artificial light energy consumption and improving the comprehensive performance of energy efficiency,it is reasonable to use 500 ?mol搶-2新-1?620?mol搶-2 The light intensity of 500?mol搶-2新-1?650?mol搶-2新-1 was the reasonable light intensity parameter for the growth and development of "Yangmai 16" in the filling stage in artificial controllable environment.
