| Prunus humilis is a dwarf shrub,belonging to the genus Prunus(Rosaceae).It is an ancient wild tree species in China.As an untapped resource,Prunus humilis has been studied for a short time.the accumulation of cultivation techniques and experience is not enough,and large-scale popularization of Prunus humilis requires a large number of Prunus humilis seedlings.For these reasons above,grafting technology and cultivation techniques of Prunus humilis was studied in this research.The experimental materials were conducted at Hongshigou Agricultural Park.In order to improve the seedling raising technology,increase the fruit quality and economic benefits of Prunus humilis,and promote the development of Prunus humilis industry.the experimental study was carried out on the related technical points of cultivation and grafting techniques of Prunus humilis.Experiments were carried out on the comparison of different grafted rootstocks with different grafting methods and different grafting time.the cultivation techniques of Prunus humilis was studied by the survey data from Prunus humilis plantation garden,fertilization dosage,Flower thinning,fruit thinning,pruning technology and fruit harvesting.The results were as follows:1.The results of different rootstock tests showed that:when Grafting ’Yanshan no.1’ onto wild peach,Mountain peach and wild apricot respectively,The survival rate and seedling emergence rate of the grafted buds of ’yanshan no.1’ with wild peach as the rootstock were the highest,reaching 74.9%and 61.2%respectively,and the growth rate of the new shoots was the best.The wild peach is recommended as a rootstock for grafting.2.The results of different grafting methods of Prunus humilis showed that:The most suitable grafting method for grafting with Prunus humilis is chip budding,The highest survival rate and emergence rate of chip budding were 78.5%and 68.1%respectively.Ventral grafting was take second place,and cleft grafting was worst.The results of different grafting time of Prunus humilis showed that:The best grafting period of the chip budding is the highest survival rate in mid-September,reaching 83.4%.The best time of T-shaped bud grafting was mid-June,the highest survival rate was 71.2%.3.According to the results of fertilizer tests from ’Yanshan No.1’ and ’Nongda No.6’,the fertilizer application amount was within the range of 100g to 300g per plant,Fertilization treatment has a certain effect on ’Nongda 6’ and ’Yanshan 1’.Different fertilizer application rates had no significant effect on the fruit pH of Prunus humilis plants.The average single fruit weight and soluble solid solution of’Nongda No.6 ’ and ’Yanshan No.1’ Prunus humilis were high when applying fertilizer to 300g/plants.4.The plastic pruning test on Prunus humilis showed that:The fruit size was biggest when 5 branches retaining.The soluble solid solution has the highest values of 13.6%,respectively,It was the best amount of staying branching,short pruning with 2/3 treatment was the best.The soluble solid solution and pH were up to 13.8%and2.9,respectively.5.Through the investigation and analysis of the grafting of Prunus humilis at different times,the best time to graft Prunus humilis engraftment was in late March.During this period,the growth of the new shoots of the grafted Prunus humilis and the pruning branches were better than that in October planting of the Prunus humilis.It was the best planting period for grafting trees.6.The experimental analysis of flower thinning and fruit thinning showed that:The average fruit weight,soluble solid solution and new shoot annual growth of Yanshan Prunus humilis treated with flower thinning 1/2 were 13.5g,13.86%and 48.1cm,respectively.;The fruit of Prunus humilis,which had been preserved for 1 fruits,was completely filled,and the uniformity was good.The soluble solid solution was 14.3%.It was the best fruit-retaining quantity of pruning treatment of Prunus humilis7.The aphid control experiment of Prunus humilis showed that:The final mortality rate of imidacloprid to control aphids was 100%,the effect was the best.Mevididine had the second effect.The final mortality rate of pirimicarb was only 90.1%,and the efficacy was the worst. |
