The root layer of a pure sandy turf has a strong permeability to water permeability,which reduces the stability of the tUrfgrass while reducing the compaction.In China,this study was first proposed the concept of Turf Reinforcement by Artificial Fiber Filaments implanted at fixed density and depths.In this study,a randomized block experiment was used to design the array.The depth(A)and density(B)of different Artificial Fiber Filaments were used as experimental factors.Three Artificial Fiber Filaments Implantation density spacing/cm2 were selected and divided into high-density H(2*2)spacing,medium-density L(2*4)spacing,low-density N(2?6)spacing and four different Artificial Fiber Filaments depths were divided into A10(10 cm),A15(15 cm),A20(20 cm),and A25(25 cm).The experiment was set 6 times to study the effect of different Implantation Depth and Implantation Density on the growth of turf,root and soil consolidation through pot experiment.Different Implantation Depths treatment differ greatly in the drawing effect and with the increase of the depth of the Implantation,the drawing effect of the upper part of the turfgrass was significantly improved.Through the measurement of underground biomass and root scan indicators,it was found that with the increase of the Implantation Depths of Artificial Fiber Filaments,the underground biomass of the lower soil layers siglificantly increased,and the evaluation of some indicators on the turfgrass was also significantly improved.Through the analysis of the distribution of underground biomass,root length density and root surface area density in different soil layers,it was found that as the depth of Implantation increases,the proportion of biomass in the 0-10 cm soil layer decreases,and the lower of the soil increases.The increase in the ratio of underground biomass accounts for the fact that the roots of turfgrass grow downward along the direction of the Artificial Fiber Filaments after the Artificial Fiber Filaments are planted.This effect is also reflected with the increase in the Implantation Depth the root length density and root surface area density of the same soil layer also showed an increasing trend.The shear strength of soil treated with different Implantation Density was significantly different.With the increase of Implantation Density,the shear strength of soil increased significantly,indicating that the surface of the turf formed a more compact whole,because the nearer Artificial Fiber Filaments can tangled with the natural grass root system to improve the lateral shear ability of the soil.By analyzing the results of turfgrass growth characteristics and underground root parameters,it was found that within the range of not higher than the high density H(2*2)spacing,as the Implantation Density increases,the growth index on the turfgrass significantly increases,and the root biomass,root lengfth density,and root surface area density also increased significantly,and the turfgrass root expansion was improved.
