Forest resources are one of the most important renewable resources in China.As a result of the excessive utilization of natural forests in the early development of China,the natural forest in China is seriously damaged and difficult to recover.Therefore,the development of artificial forests is an important way to solve the contradictions between the shortage of natural forest resources and the urgent demand for the production and life of wood.Cleaning the woodland is able to prepare for planting trees.And cutting bush for tending is able to improve the yield and speed of timber in the plantation.These are all important for the development of China's forestry.In this paper,the implementation device of cleaning the woodland and cutting bush for tending had designed for the practical needs of clearing and cutting operations in woodland cleaning.lt can be used in woodland cleaning,nurturing and cutting operation,which can greatly improve the efficiency of operation and reduce the labor intensity.Main research contents of this article are as follows:1.According to the working conditions of the execution device of woodland cleaning and bush cutting for forest tending,the model of matching machine was selected.Then,determine the design parameters of the actuating unit.Finally,the overall design scheme of the implementation device for the brush cutting device for forest tending was complected.2.Complete the design of the hydraulic system according to the requirements of brush cutting device for forest tending.In the part of the cutting device,we can use the system to control the speed of the motor,and this system makes it possible to regenerate the energy.Two other parts,the one is used to drive the hood to rotate,when another is designed to make the device from side to side.At the last,we can determine the best parameters of the accumulator by multi-group simulaton experiments based on the AMEsim software.3.Based on the ANSYS,the static analysis has been made on the base of bush cutting device for forest tending to verify its deformation under different working conditions.Then on the basis of these,the lightweight design of the engine base is carried out,to reduce its quality.On the one hand,making the quality of engine base lighter can save material costs.On the other hand,it can reduce the load on the assort main engine of the bush cutting device for forest tending.
