To off cotton leaf is a key technology of cotton harvesting mechanization. The stand orfall of defoliation effect affects the mechanized harvesting after cotton quality grades andlimit the use of cotton harvesting mechanization technology development and promotiondirectly. During to relatively agriculture in developed countries, our country cotton harvestingmechanization technology develop late relatively. There is no a special spraying device tospray defoliant while using the traditional spraying defoliant plant protection machinery easyto cause the poor quality of defoliation, liquid waste and other issues. So to design a speciallyused spraying device for spraying defoliant in cotton fields and to improve the comprehensivebenefit of cotton in China are very important.This topic around cotton mechanization harvesting mechanization required beforeripening and dealing with the defoliation which carried out basing on highland of ripeningand general site defoliant spraying device design and experimental research closely. Todesign a kind of special device used for cotton defoliant spraying spraying is important whichis suitable for76cm single cotton standard planting patterns. The entire unit include:three-dimensional boom mechanism, wind to send auxiliary system, spray system, hydrauliclift system, etc. The device can solve the problem of uneven spraying defoliant effectively.This article launches the research in the following aspects mainly:(1) Cotton harvesting mechanization work pressing is need on quality of cotton leaves offinductively. Spraying defoliant used in cotton fields at home and abroad researches the statusof spray. According to our country cotton standard planting patterns, aiming to achieve theripening, defoliating standard requirements, determining the design scheme of the machine,stereoing derrick institutions after suspension with high gap of common ground improve therack, all can be achieved from cotton line clearance within the spray on both sides of thecotton. Porous ram blowout of high-speed airflow can play for droplets secondaryatomization and improve the effect of penetrating, rational distribution of other systems onthe general chassis. (2) To select equipment parts and carry on design and calculation, including centrifugalfan, liquid pump, hoist cylinder, liquid medicine box, connect the square steel, etc.Distributor of the fan of two kinds of design scheme comparison and select.(3) Design based on virtual prototype technology and use Pro/E3d design software tocomplete the design and assemble each components. The simulation of prototype modelwhich after overall kinematics parts design scheme is optimized assembly. Using Pro/Esoftware finite element analysis was carried out on the key parts of device, concluding thatthe stress distribution in working process, the unreasonable places in the design of parts wasimproved and optimized.(4) By using FLUENT fluid engineering simulation software to analy wind to sendauxiliary system and effect of spray simulation, validation design device in the wind to sendthe role of the auxiliary system and improve the quality of our spray.(5) According to the optimized design to scheme processing entity prototype and tofinish the performance test study on the prototype.
