| With the continuous development of computer network technology and AI technology,forest fire prevention video monitoring and management system is developing rapidly in the direction of intelligence.The server-side system,which plays an important role in forest fire prevention video surveillance system,is facing more functional requirements based on the increasing monitoring video data and alarm data.The research and the implementation of this system aims at solving the problems of decentralized functions and low sharing degree in the various server-side management systems of forest fire prevention video surveillance system.Proceeding from the key functions such as fire-fighting decision making,management of media data,fire alarm data,which is generated by the front-end monitoring device,the implementation of this system integrates front-end data management with server-side business processing and links up the key links of forest fire prevention services organically,which is including monitoring,alarming and fire-fighting.Based on that,forest management personnel and the forest-fire fight commanders can easily carry out the management work or command fighting and rescue work when the forest fire occurs.The functions of this system,which are based on the SSM framework,the theory of forest fire and the theory of tile map,is composed of surveillance media data management,alarm event management,fire spot positioning,fire-fighting plan library management,fire-fight plan decision making,and fire-fight resource management. |
