Problems And Countermeasures Of Forest Fire Emergency Management In Jilin Province

Forest fires specifically refer to forest fire behaviors that occur outside the control of human beings and that are free to develop on the woodland and cause great damage to humans and ecosystems.This disaster is one of the natural disasters in the world that involve a wide range,serious damage and difficult rescue.China has a wide range of forest land,so it is also a country with many forest fires.Although the current technology has developed greatly,fire-fighting technology has developed unprecedentedly,but fire is still one of the most serious disasters.The means that can be used are still few.No matter how high the level of economic development is,it is difficult to avoid losses in the face of forest fires.Therefore,the efficiency of extinguishing forest fires is improved,the effect of fire fighting work is improved,ecological and social stability is maintained,and the emergency response capacity of forest fires in China is improved.Jilin Province is one of the key forestry provinces in the country.The province's forestry land area is 9.376 million hectares,with a forest area of 8.22 million hectares,a forest coverage rate of 43.9%,and a total standing stock of 988 million cubic meters.This article uses the literature research method and case analysis method.First,a large number of literatures are reviewed to find domestic and foreign measures and methods for forest fires,and forest fire emergency treatment in different countries is studied.Secondly,combined with the classic case of Jilin Province,the Sino-Russian border fire-fighting operation and the Changbai Mountain Forest Protection Area fire-fighting operation,researching and summarizing the problems of the forest fire emergency management problems and countermeasures;finally,analyzing the current situation of forest fire emergency management,Find existing problems and causes,improve the forest fire emergency management system,propose rationalized countermeasures and opinions,and better prevent fire safety problems.
