| Xanthoceras sorbifolia is a unique rare woody oil tree species in China. It can be used as biodiesel raw material. It has the development value of landscaping, soil and water conservation, edible medicinal materials, industrial raw materials, wood utilization and so on.In recent years, the cultivation scope of Xanthoceras sorbifolia has been expanded to Tianjin and other coastal areas. In this study, six clones of Xanthoceras sorbifolia and two rootstock species were used as experimental materials. In this study, six kinds of clonal and two rootstock species of Xanthoceras sorbifolia were used as experimental materials to determine the relative water content of different soils. The following six kinds of clonal seedlings.Xanthoceras sorbifolia and Koelreuteria Paniculata were born in the same year.Leaf and root chlorophyll content, soluble sugar content, soluble protein content,SOD/POD activity,MDA content and other indicators, compare the tolerance of 6 kinds of clones,Xanthoceras sorbifolia anvil and Koelreuteria Paniculata rootstock, and discuss the high groundwater level The feasibility of developing Xanthoceras sorbifolia in areas with more precipitation provides a theoretical basis for the cultivation techniques of Xanthoceras sorbifolia. The specific results are as follows:(1)The tolerance of six excellent clones of Xanthoceras sorbifolia was ranked from strong to weak:No.5>No.30>No.2>No.10>No.36>No.33.In combination with graft survival rate and new growth, the grafting rate of No.5 grafted seedlings of Xanthoceras sorbifolia clones was the highest,90.91%,the new diameter was 3.79mm,the new growth was 13.83cm,which had the best growth quality and the strongest waterlogging resistance.(2)The drought resistance of Xanthoceras sorbifolia is very strong, and it can grow normally in the extreme drought state with relative soil water content of 20%.The phenotype of the plant is unchanged, and the physiological indexes tend to be stable.Koelreuteria Paniculata has a mild drought resistance.(3)The soil relative water content is in the range of 40%-80%.With the increase of soil relative water content, both Xanthoceras sorbifolia and Koelreuteria Paniculata can respond physiologically to adapt to the new soil water environment, but the response speed of Koelreuteria Paniculata faster and more adaptable.(4)Under the flooding stress with soil relative water content of 100%,the Koelreuteria Paniculata grows white adventitious roots on the 23rd day after flooding, and a large number of white adventitious roots continue to grow on the 33rd day after flooding, while the roots of the Xanthoceras sorbifolia are after flooding.33d began to rot black. The soluble sugar content, soluble protein content and SOD/POD activity in leaves and roots of Xanthoceras sorbifolia and Koelreuteria Paniculata increased first and then decreased with the prolongation of flooding time, and the MDA content increased first, then decreased and then increased.trend.The decrease of chlorophyll and the increase of MDA in Xanthoceras sorbifolia were greater than those in Koelreuteria Paniculata. The increase of soluble sugar, soluble protein and SOD/POD activity in Xanthoceras sorbifolia was smaller than that in Koelreuteria Paniculata, which indicated that Koelreuteria Paniculata had stronger waterlogging resistance than Xanthoceras sorbifolia. |
