Feed Processing Design And Construction Of Expert Systems

This paper comprehensively analyzes the current production safety status of feed processing in China,and combines various constraints and factors in the feed processing process,summary of the characteristics of the expert system for feed processing,solving key technical problems by using protocol parsing algorithms in software development and operation,object-oriented knowledge representation in knowledge representation,artificial neural network rules are used to acquire knowledge in the establishment of the knowledge base,finally,the expert system of diagnostic system,interpretation type,decision-making type and management type in the process of feed processing was realized,and some examples of system application were given for some abnormal situations in the feed processing.The main research work of this paper:(1)A brief overview of the theories and techniques used in the field of feed processing and expert systems is provided through extensive literature review,including the types and characteristics of expert systems and the application of expert systems in the feed industry.(2)The computer theory and implementation method used in the implementation of this system are introduced in detail,and the software and hardware implementation of the system is fully demonstrated;(3)According to the specific conditions of feed production equipment and other production conditions,comprehensively and systematically summarize and summarize the knowledge of feed processing,and through the computer technology,the knowledge acquisition path and database establishment of the expert system,as well as the database query and new functions have been realized;(4)The preliminary classification of the feed processing expert system was carried out,and the content of the knowledge base of each classification was initially constructed.(5)The key technologies and implementation methods of the feed processing expert system are described,including knowledge acquisition and expression technology,system reasoning technology and database design;(6)Design system hardware and software applications,such as: connection control module,serial communication module,and partial implementation of GPRS communication,etc.The system also explores whether artificial intelligence technology can be applied to the feed processing process expert system,and the system is closely integrated with the Internet of things technology to realize a more intelligent and networked expert system for independent learning,organization and adaptation.
