Selenium is a trace essential element in living organisms.The occurrence of many diseases is related to the low intake of selenium.Most of the regions and land in the world belong to selenium-deficient areas,especially in China,including 22 provinces and 72 Approximately 700 million people live in a region lacking selenium,including the country's land area.Appropriate amount of selenium can promote the balanced development of nutrition,so that the content of vitamins and trace elements can basically meet the needs of the human body and improve the body's ability to resist certain diseases.Selenium supplementation by eating inorganic selenide not only has low absorption rate,but also has certain side effects,and excessive intake may lead to selenium poisoning.Organic selenium is a reliable and effective source of selenium.The use of organic selenium in plants to supplement selenium has become a research hot spot for functional foods.In this study,the field test and pot experiment method were used to study the material of “TongQiao No.2”,soaking seeds with selenium solution?0,2,5 mg/L?and spraying the selenium solution at the beginning of flowering?0,2,2.5 mg?./L)Two methods were used to determine the nutritional quality,selenium content,yield,physiological and biochemical characteristics of buckwheat plants at various growth stages,and to study the combined effects of two selenium application methods on the growth and development,nutritional quality and safety quality of buckwheat.The test results are as follows:?1?Selenium solution soaking and spraying selenium solution can increase the selenium content in the leaves,grains and outer shell of buckwheat plants.The selenium content trend firstly increased and then decreased,and always higher than the control.group.Under the soaking treatment of selenium solution,the leaves of buckwheat in each growth stage reached the highest under the treatment of J1?J1=2mg/L?,which were 0.0602mg/kg,0.1615mg/kg,0.6302mg/kg and 1.4842mg/kg,respectively.The selenium content of buckwheat leaves in the growth stage was significantly different from that in the control group under the application of selenium solution,and reached the highest under the treatment of P1?P1=2mg/L?,which were1.6752mg/kg and 1.5908mg/kg,respectively.Compared with the control group,it was increased by 4.03 times and 1.63 times,respectively.?2?Under the treatment of selenium solution soaking J1?J1=2mg/L?and J2?J2=5mg/L?,the selenium content of the seeds reached 0.1514mg/kg and0.1283mg/kg,respectively.The increase of 0.27 times and 0.07 times;the selenium content of the shell reached 0.0315mg/kg and 0.0381mg/kg,respectively,and the selenium content of the control group increased by 0.75 times and 1.12 times,respectively.Under the concentration of P1?P1=2mg/L?and P2?P2=2.5mg/L?,the selenium content of the seeds reached 0.2999mg/kg and 0.3064mg/kg,respectively,which increased with the selenium content of the control group.1.27 times and 1.32times;the selenium content of the shell reached 0.0502mg/kg and 0.0729mg/kg,respectively,and the selenium content of the control group increased by 1.23 times and 2.24 times,respectively.?3?Under the action of two selenium application methods,with the increase of selenium concentration,the activity of SOD and POD reached the maximum under the treatment of J1?J1=2mg/L?and P1?P1=2mg/L?,and continued to increase.Selenium solution concentration,SOD,POD activity decreased,but always higher than the control group.The effect of SOD and POD activity on spraying selenium solution is higher than that of selenium solution soaking treatment.Both selenium application methods can reduce the MDA content and reduce the effect significantly.The MDA content of the two selenium application methods reached the lowest under the treatment of J1?J1=2mg/L?and P1?P1=2mg/L?.Continue to increase selenium,MDA content has an upward trend,but always lower than the control group.The effect of spraying selenium dissolved MDA content is higher than that of selenium solution soaking treatment.?4?Both selenium application methods can increase the yield of buckwheat to varying degrees.The yield of buckwheat and 1000-grain weight increased first and then decreased with the increase of selenium concentration,and it was always higher than the control group.Under the treatment of J1?J1=2mg/L?and P1?P1=2mg/L?,both buckwheat yield and 1000-grain weight reached the maximum.The yield of J1?J1=2mg/L?reached 119.6kg667m-2,and the 1000-grain weight reached 28.23 g,which was 15.8% and 12.29% higher than the control group.The yield of buckwheat reached 119.80kg·667m-2 under the treatment of P1?P1=2mg/L?,and the 1000-grain weight reached 28.35 g,which was 12.17% and 10.77% higher than the control group.?5?Selenium application stimulated the use of wheat photosynthesis,which improved the photosynthetic capacity of buckwheat.The content of starch,protein and crude fat in the grain increased with the increase of selenium concentration,andthe concentration of selenium continued to increase,while the content of starch,protein and crude fat decreased.Under the spraying treatment,the content of starch and crude fat increased significantly.?6?Comprehensive evaluation of the effect of selenium application.This experiment considers that the selenium content and the yield increase effect of J1?selenium solution soaking,J1=2mg/L?and P1?spraying selenium solution,P1=2mg/L?are significant,and each The physicochemical indicators are optimal and recommended as the most suitable spray dose.In the future research,further evaluation is needed to make a theoretical basis for large-scale promotion.
