Study On The Development Of Jiaxian Red Cattle Industry

For many years,the state has been advocating the development of agricultural industry with local characteristics.For 16 consecutive years since 2004,requirements for the development of characteristic agricultural industry has been put forward by the No.1 document of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.In 2019,it was pointed out by the No.1 document of the Central Committee that the development of rural characteristic industries should be accelerated.Jiaxian Red Cattle,native to Jiaxian County,Henan Province,is one of the eight excellent cattle breeds in China,and is also the most proud characteristic agricultural product brand of Jiaxian people.In the new era,the development of Jiaxian Red Cattle industry should be further promoted.For this reason,the author carried out the investigation and empirical analysis of Jiaxian Red Cattle Industry,trying to contribute to the further development and expansion of Jiaxian Red Cattle Industry.The research in this paper is based on the premise of full investigation and the support of detailed data,and comprehensively uses survey analysis method,literature data analysis method and comparative analysis method.Firstly,theoretical explanations are made based on the theory of agricultural industrialization management,the theory of scale economy,the theory of comparative advantage and the theory of characteristic economy.Secondly,the development status and advantages of the Red Bull industry in Jixian County are sorted out and summarized.Finally,the problems and causes of the breeding,processing,storage and sales of Hongxian Red Bull are analyzed from the perspective of agricultural industrialization.Solutions and measures to the problems and causes are given,and the characteristic industrialization road is explored for Jixian Red Bull.This paper finds out that although the red cattle industry in Jiaxian County has a certain development foundation,there are still some problems to be solved urgently in some aspects,which are mainly reflected in the lack of standardized scale farms,lack of professionals and high-quality farmers,poor control effect of epidemic disease,insufficient agricultural insurance guarantee,and incomplete environmental pollutionin the breeding process of the red cattle industry in Jiaxian County.There are still some problems in storage and processing,such as imperfect industrial chain,backward processing technology,low level of cold chain transportation and cold storage construction.There are still some problems in sales,such as the lack of national famous brand,inadequate expansion of sales market,and the lack of promotion of e-commerce model.The causes of these problems are explored.The main causes of the breading link are the lack of unified planning of aquaculture land,poor comprehensive quality of practitioners,imperfect epidemic prevention and control system,lack of relevant policy insurance,imperfect matching facilities for sewage discharge and pollution control.The main causes of the storage and processing link are the lack of leading role in leading enterprises,difficulties in promoting high-tech and inadequate attention to the construction of cold chain and cold storage.The main causes for the sales link are the lack of national famous brands,insufficient expansion of sales market,and the lack of promotion of e-commerce model.In order to solve the above problems,it is necessary to gather manpower,land,material,financial and intellectual resources.Firstly,the production process needs to build and plan the red cattle breeding industry belt in Jiaxian County,formulate a complete training plan for professional farmers,standardize the epidemic prevention system and strengthen supervision,carry out policy insurance business as soon as possible,and establish a long-term pollution control system.The storage and processing process needs to establish a complete industrial chain with clear division of labor and close integration,increase the support of science and technology,increase the purchase of cold chain facilities.Sales process needs to create "Jiaxian Red Cattle" well-known brands,improve the Jiaxian Red Cattle industry market system and establish the "Internet plus" Jiaxian Red Cattle marketing system.Through the discussion of the above three steps,I hope to provide some reference for the development of Jiaxian Red Cattle industry and other characteristic agriculture,and achieve breakthrough development of Jiaxian Red Cattle industry as soon as possible.There are two possible innovations in this paper.First,the beef cattle industry istaken as the research object of characteristic industry.Second,a comprehensive study on all aspects of the breeding,processing and sales of the Jiaxian Red Cattle Industry is conducted from the perspective of the whole industrial chain based on the idea of agricultural industrialization management.
