Research On The Development Of Green Agriculture Industrialization In Fangcheng Country

The industrialization of green agriculture is an important means to improve the efficiency of agricultural production,increase the added value of agricultural products,and promote the increase of farmers’ income.It is also an important way to promote the high-quality development of agriculture in China.Our government attaches great importance to the development of green agricultural industrialization,and has issued a series of incentive policies.In 2019,the first document of the Central Committee re-emphasized that in order to promote the development of rural economy and accelerate the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,We should optimize the structure and regional layout of agricultural production and continuously promote the industrialization of green agriculture.In recent years,the development scale of green agricultural industrialization in China has been expanding,the industrial structure has been further improved,and the regional layout has tended to be reasonable.However,the development process of the green agricultural industrialization in China is still facing many difficulties,including inadequate implementation of policy planning,insufficient support funds,shortage of scientific and technological personnel,etc.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to examine the problems existing in the development of green agricultural industrialization in China and explore its solutions.Through the methods of literature research,investigation and comparative analysis,this paper introduces the present situation of the development of green agriculture industrialization in Fangcheng County,Henan Province.It analyzes a series of problems faced by Fangcheng County in promoting the development of green agricultural industrialization,and puts forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions accordingly.Fangcheng County,whose green agriculture development level is high,and green agriculture production technology is more mature,is a provincial green agriculture demonstration county in Henan Province.The total agricultural industry of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery in Fangcheng County has been in the forefront of Nanyang City for a long time.The county is committed to the development of green agriculture.They use advanced production technology and cultivating fine varieties to increase agricultural output and total agricultural output value,and the whole county promotes the process of agricultural industrialization in the process of developing green agriculture,and constantly consolidates the development achievements of green agriculture demonstration county.However,the development of green agricultural industrialization in Fangcheng County is still restricted by policy,environment and other factors,and the development process is faced with many problems.Therefore,the paper takes Fangcheng County of Henan Province as the starting point of the research,focuses on the present implementation of green agricultural industrialization in Fangcheng through Fangcheng County Bureau of Agriculture related data,and carry out the detailed investigation on the enterprises with more mature development of agricultural industrialization.On the basis of synthesizing all kinds of survey data,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the development of green agriculture industrialization in Fangcheng County,which mainly include inadequate policy implementation and enterprise financing difficulties,and puts forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions to improve the industrialization of green agriculture,such as government function and the establishment of a multi-investment system.
