| As a kind of high-quality edible oil resource,Camellia oleifera is one of the unique tree species in China and one of the four wood species in the world.As a national oil tea planting province,Hunan Province has rich natural resources and geographical advantages in planting oil tea.The scale of Camellia cultivation has always been the research object of many experts and scholars at home and abroad.Explornng the optimal planting scale of Camellia oleifera in different regions can improve local forestry productivity and promote the rational use of forestry resources.Because Yongzhou City is an important oil-tea planting area in Hunan Province,it is of great significance to study the optimal planting scale of Camellia oleifera in the Yongzhou area.Therefore,this paper takes 400 households of Camellia oleifera in the cold water beach area,Lingling District of Yongzhou City,Hunan Province,and the four counties of Xiangyang,Dong’an,Ningyuan and Dao County as survey objects,and uses the data envelopment analysis method(DEA)to study different oil teas.The operating efficiency of the planting scale,and the optimal planting scale of the oil tea was selected through the comparison of the cost profit rate,and the optimal planting scale of the oil tea in Yongzhou was 250-350 mu.The main content of the article is divided into the following six parts:Chapter 1:Introduction.It briefly summarizes the research background and significance,sorts out related literatures at home and abroad,and grasps the frontier dynamics of academic circles,especially the study content and research methods.Chapter 2:Defining the relevant concepts of the article and the relevant theoretical basis.Firstly,the related concepts involved in the article are defined,and then the theoretical basis of the text is reviewed.Chapter 3:The discussion of the specific situation of Hunan Province.Introduce the natural conditions and economic development level of Hunan Province,as well as the current situation of the development of oil tea cultivation in Yongzhou.Chapter 4:Questionnaire survey and analysis of oil tea growers in Yongzhou City.The source of the empirical data in this paper is introduced,and a simple descriptive statistical analysis of the survey data is carried out.Chapter 5:Empirical study on the scale benefits of oil tea planting inYongzhou City.Firstly,the scale and efficiency model of Camellia oleifera based on DEA method was established,and then the DEA software was used to empirically analyze the survey data.Chapter 6:Research conclusions and policy recommendations.Through the analysis and comparison of the relative planting efficiency among different farmers in Chapter 5,the optimal planting scale of Camellia oleifera planting,as well as the shortcomings of science and technology and the lack of policy funding support in the process of industrialization of Camellia oleifera in Hunan Province,The development strategies of promoting the moderate scale operation of Camellia,supporting the cultivation of large-scale farmers,introducing preferential policies for oil tea and optimizing the development environment of Camellia industry were putforward to promote the development of Camellia cultivation in Hunan Province. |
