The study based on the contents of the grassland ecosystem health and the actual situation of grassland ecosystem in Inner Mongolia,the indicator system of grassland ecosystem health was constructed by expert scoring method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method respectively,and the grassland ecosystem health in the evaluation area of the West Second Open-Pit Mine,the Shengli Open-Pit Mine and the Shengli Open-Pit Mine dump in Inner Mongolia was evaluated,and the comprehensive evaluation system of grassland ecosystem health suitable for the typical grassland in Inner Mongolia wascompared and analyzed.The main conclusions were as follows:The basic analysis of grassland ecosystem in different study areas showed that the grassland degradation degree was higher under the influence of mining and grazing.Soil bulk density and water content decreased significantly compared with the control area.The content of soil organic matter and total nitrogen in the study area with high grazing pressure was higher than that in the control area.The high nutrient content may be related to the excrement produced during the grazing process.The study area of shengli mine durmp was a cushion sample of mining waste,with few species,low vegetation coverage,a large number of rill distribution,and occasional shallow furrows,while the characteristics of water erosion in other study areas were not obvious.The health of grassland ecosystem in the three evaluation areas was evaluated by the expert scoring method.The evaluation results showed that the comprehensive health coefficient of the evaluation area of the West Second Open-Pit Mine was 3.48,the comprehensive health coefficient of the evaluation area of the Shengli Open-Pit Mine was 3.1461,and the comprehensive health coefficient of the S hengli Open-Pit Mine dump was 3.2481.The comprehensive analysis of the evaluation results had a certain reliability.The health of grassland ecosystem in the three evaluation areas was evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The result showed that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation coefficient of the evaluation area of the West Second Open-Pit Mine was 0.6509,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation coefficient of the evaluation area of the Shengli Open-Pit Mine was 0.6797,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation coefficient of the Shengli Open-Pit Mine dump was 0.9470.According to the classification of grassland health level,the evaluation area of the West Second Open-Pit Mine and the Shengli Open-Pit Mine was sub-healthy grassland,and the evaluation area of the S hengli Open-Pit Mine dump was healthy grassland.However,the evaluation results in the evaluation area of the the S hengli Open-Pit Mine dump are close to healthy grassland,which deviates from reality.Compared with the expert scoring method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the expert scoring method can accurately understand the importance degree of each index to the grassland ecosystem and attach weight value,reduce the deviation of the evaluation result and make the evaluation result more reliable.In the evaluation of grassland health results of the three evaluation areas by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,although the evaluation results of the evaluation area of the Shengli Open-Pit Mine dump was healthy grassland,they did not accord with the characteristics of self-repair and sustainability of healthy grassland,resulted in serious errors.Therefore,the expert scoring method has a wider range of evaluation,which is applicable to the ecosystem health evaluation of various plant communities in the grassland of Inner Mongolia,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is more applicable to the evaluation of herb communities.
