| In this paper,probiotics including probiotics,bacillus subtilis and lactobacillus screened in previous experiments were used as experimental materials to prepare probiotics through the determination of solid fermentation conditions and culture medium,and the feeding effect of these probiotics was verified by calf feeding experiments.Experiment 1:This test by means of solid-state fermentation under the condition of the determination of the strain growth situation,the higher the number of living bacterium strain compatibility combination,determine the best combination and proportion of vaccination,through single factor experiments and uniform design experiment,combined with the DPS software Topsis method to comprehensive assessment of the selected the optimal compound probiotics fermentation formula and fermentation mode.The results showed that S3S9CR and 2:3:1:1 were the best combination of the bacteria,and the optimized solid-state fermentation formula was bran 63.84%,corn powder 27.44%,soybean meal 6.41%and inorganic salt 2.31%.Combined with the aromatic smell of fermented feed,the fermentation with O2 for 36h and then without O2 for 12h could make the viable count of products reach was 5.3×1011 cfu/g,beta-glucan was 10.515 mg/g,citric acid was 164.508 mg/ml,polypeptide was 160.55 mg/g,and the content of lactic acid was 427.344 ug/g.Experiment 2:The solid fermentation microecological preparation prepared in this experiment was fed to calves.The feeding effect of the microecological preparation was verified through the detection of calf performance,fecal-like microbial quantity,diarrhea rate,serum biochemical indexes,antioxidant indexes and immune performance indexes.Test to select four months of calf 20 head,according to gender,weight,basic consistent principle the calf is divided into two groups,control group and experimental group,respectively,each group of ten cows,the experimental period lasted for 30 days.The control group was fed with basic diet,and 0.5%compound microecological preparation was added in the experimental group on the basis of the diet of the control group.The results show that there was no significant effect on calf weight gain after adding compound microecological agents into diet(P>0.05);However,it had a significant effect on the number of microorganisms in calf feces.The number of lactobacillus in calf feces samples fed with compound microecological preparation was 2.28×107 CFU/g,which was significantly higher than 2.85×106 CFU/g in the control group(P<0.05).The number of coliform bacteria in calf faeces samples was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the diarrhea rate of calves in the test group was also lower than that in the control group.The addition of compound microecological preparation in the diet significantly increased the content of T-AOC and decreased the content of SOD in the serum of calves in the experimental group(P<0.05),indicating that compound microecological preparation could improve the antioxidant capacity of the body. |
