The experiment was conducted to study the effect of compound microecological preparation on production performance,nutrient utilization and fecal emission of ammonia and sulfureted hydrogen of layers.384 layers which were sixty-four weeks old were randomized into control groups and three trial groups,4 replicates per group and 24 broilers per replicate.The experiment was conducted 35 d,5-day adaptation and 30-day data collection.The control group was fed with basal diet,Experimental group were added 60 mg/kg,90 mg/kg and 120 mg/kg compound microbial preparation in the basic diet.Test results showed that,the commodities eggs qualified rate of test group were improved by1.90% Ⅲ(P<0.05)compared with control group;The average egg weight of group were higher than the control Ⅲgroup,test group Ⅰ,groupt,improved by 0.91%Ⅱ(P>0.05)、1.14%(P>0.05)and 2.75%(P<0.05).The albumen height and haugh unit of the experimental groups were higher than those in control group,the hartz unit of the experimental groupⅠ,Ⅱ,were increased by7.36%(Ⅲ P>0.05)、7.76%(P>0.05)and 15.42%(P<0.05)compared with control group.The egg shell thickness of experimental groupⅠ,were Ⅱhigher than the control group.The egg shell thickness of test group were improved by 4.78% Ⅰ(P<0.05)compared with control group.The digestibility of cp in groupⅢ were higher than the control group,test group Ⅰ,groupⅡ;The digestibility of Ca in group Ⅲ were much higher than the control group,test group Ⅰ,groupⅡ,improved by 31.35%(P<0.05)、55.56%(P<0.05)、33.34%(P<0.05).Fecal moisture percentage of experiment groups were lower than that in control group,and the fecal moisture percentage of experimental group Ⅲreduced by 1.99(P<0.05)compared with control group.Fecal emission of ammonia of experiment groups were lower than that in control group,and the fecal emission of ammonia of experimental group Ⅲincreased by 21.82%(P<0.05)compared with control group.The Fecal emission of sulfureted hydrogen of the experimental groupⅡ,Ⅲwere reduced by 0.82%(P>0.05),16.79%(P>0.05)compared with control group.In this experiment condition,the diet containing 120 mg/kg compound microecological preparation improved the commodities eggs qualified rate and hartz unit.On the other hand,decreased the produce quantity of amission and sulfureted hydrogen in fecal emission significantly,increase the absorption and utilization of crude protein and calcium and 120 mg/kg was the best supplemental level.
