In this study,the effects of potassium nitrate and disodium fumarate on the rumen fermentation,methane production,nutrient digestibility,blood immune function,antioxidant capacity and biochemical parameters of sheep were investigated by in vitro and feeding experiments.In the first experiment,a 4x4 two-factor completely random design was adopted.This experiment used mixed concentrate and mixed forage as the base fermentation substrate.The addition levels of potassium nitrate were 0%,0.5%,1.0%,and 1.5%,respectively,and the addition levels of disodium fumarate were 0%,1.0%,2.0%,and 3.0%,respectively.To study the effects of different levels of potassium nitrate and disodium fumarate on the rumen fermentation parameters,total gas production,methane production and dry matter degradation rate of sheep,and to add potassium nitrate and disodium fumarate to the diet.The appropriate content.The experimental results show that under the conditions of this experiment,the N1F2 and N1F3 groups,the N2F2 and N2F3 groups,the N3F1,N3F2 and N3F3 groups and the NOFO group significantly reduced the methane ratio and methane production(P<0.01).The combination of potassium nitrate and disodium fumarate was more effective than the addition of methane alone(P<0.01).NiF2,N1F3,N2F2 and N2F3,N3F1,N3F2,N3F3 and N0F0 groups significantly reduced ammonia nitrogen concentration,total gas production and dry matter degradation rate,but the TVFA concentration of N1F2,N1F3 and N3F1 groups was not different from that of N0F0 group.Significant.In summary,the N1F2 group and the N3F1 group can significantly reduce methane production,and have less effect on rumen fermentation,and the combination effect is better.In the second experiment,a single factor random design was used,and 15 healthy 30 kg healthy Mongolian hybrid sheep were selected as test animals.The control group did not add potassium nitrate and disodium fumarate.The test group added potassium nitrate and disodium fumarate to the dry matter of the diet.0.5%and 2.0%of the experimental two groups of potassium nitrate and disodium fumarate were added at a ratio of 1.5%and 1.0%of the dry matter of the diet.The experimental results showed that the test group significantly reduced the methane production compared with the control group(P<0.05),and the test group ? methane yield was not significantly decreased(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the test group and the test group significantly reduced the dry matter digestibility,neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber(P<0.05),but the crude protein digestibility was not significantly different from the control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in pH value and ammonia nitrogen concentration between the experimental group and the experimental group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in TVFA content,acetic acid content,propionic acid content,butyric acid content and ethylene-propylene ratio between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the concentration of propionic acid was significantly lower in the test group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in TVFA content,acetic acid content,butyric acid content and ethylene-propylene ratio(P>0.05).The activity of a group of sheep aspartate aminotransferase was significantly decreased,but had no significant effect on other blood biochemical indicators.The content of lactate dehydrogenase in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The other indicators were not significantly different from the control group(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the superoxide dismutase was significantly lower in the experimental group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in IgA,IgG and IgM between the experimental group and the experimental group(P>0.05).Considering that the addition of 0.5%potassium nitrate and 2.0%disodium fumarate group can significantly reduce the methane production of sheep(P<0.05),and does not affect the rumen fermentation parameters and blood biochemical parameters,antioxidant capacity and immune function of sheep(P>0.05),the combination effect is better...
