Cucumber(Cucumis sativus L),is one of the main vegetable crops in north China facilities, due to the unreasonable fertilizer, continuous cropping obstacle factors, seriously affected the production of cucumber.Biochar can reduce the dissolved weight of sand soil, increase soil water holding capacity, reduce soil nutrient leaching, improve soil PH value, and increase soil enzyme activity to different degrees. This experiment took facility cucumber as the research object and made "biochar base fertilizer" with different proportion of biochar and organic fertilizer to explore its influence on the growth and rhizosphere environment of facility cucumber.Research shows that:(1)The height of cucumber plants could be increased in different degrees in all treatments. In the peak stage of the results, the height of TM5 plants was the highest, which was 3.69%higher than the control, but there was no significant difference in plant height and stem diameter between treatments. The average yield per plant of TM2,TM3,TM4 and TM5 was higher than that of the control group, and TM5 significantly increased by 15.22%.(2)TM2 and TM5 could improve the calcaneal coefficient of cucumber. The calcaneal coefficient of TM5 root was 42.27%higher than that of the control after slow transplanting,52.01%higher than that of the control at the initial flowering stage,16.73%higher than that of the control at the initial flowering stage, and 2.80%higher than that of the control at the flowering stage. The initial flowering period of TM2 was 13.28%higher than that of the control group, the initial flowering period was 21.98%higher than that of the control group, and the peak flowering period was 10.37%higher than that of the control group.TM5 significantly increased root weight of cucumbers 0-20cm and 20-40cm,TM4 and TM5 significantly increased root and volume of cucumbers in the flowering stage, and all treatments significantly reduced root and crown ratio of cucumbers in the flowering stage, among which TM2 significantly reduced root and crown ratio by 20.4%.(3)Except for TM3,other treatments all improved soil water content, among which TM1 and TM2 were the most significant, increasing 8.13%and 7.50%respectively.TM1 and TM2 reduced the soil bulk density, while other treatments increased the soil bulk density, that is,with the increase of biochar content, there was a trend to increase the soil bulk density.TM1,TM3 and TM4 increased the average soil temperature and decreased the soil temperature difference.TM5 increases the average soil temperature and increases the soil temperature difference.(4)From the perspective of organic fertilizer and biochar application, the overall growth of plants was taken as the judging standard, and TM2 was the best ratio in this experiment.Considering comprehensively, the application value of TM2 in practical production is relatively high.(5)Each treatment can have an impact on the structure of bacterial and fungal communities. At the level of eye classification, the increase of biochar content can promote the growth of blastomonas,Gp16 and albino. It has inhibitory effect on rhizobia, bacterococci and xanthomonas.(6)The correlation analysis, bamboo fungus has a significant positive correlation relationship between eye and root-shoot ratio, fecal bacteria shell mesh and root-shoot ratio has significant negative correlation relationship between small ascomycetes mesh and root-shoot ratio, there was a significant negative correlation relationship between Gp4 and cucumber 20-40 cm root weight, there was a significant negative correlation relationship between Gp16 with volume, there was a significant positive correlation relationship between bacterial acid bacteria micro mesh and has a significant positive correlation with volume.
