Sect.Chrysantha Chang was belongs to Theaceae Camellia L.It was famous of its yellow flowers and it was a rare ornamental plant in the world.Sixteen kinds of Calcium-inducing Camellia and Calcium-scented Camellia were collected in limestone area and acidic soil area to determine the contents of N,P,K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn and Zn in their roots, stems and leaves, and to compare and analyze the characteristics of nutrient elements content and the correlation between elements of Calcium-inducing Camellia and Calcium-scented Camellia;at the same time, two kinds of Calcium-inducing Camellia and two kinds of Calcium-scented Camellia were selected.Sect.Chrysantha Chang was treated with different calcium concentration. The contents of N,P,K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn and Zn in roots, stems and leaves of Ca golden flower tea and Ca golden flower tea under different calcium concentration stress were analyzed. The physiological indexes of photosynthesis, chlorophyll, tolerant sugar and malondialdehyde in leaves were determined. The physiological characteristics of Ca to Ca golden flower tea and Ca golden flower tea were discussed.Influence.The results are as follows:(1)The content of N,Mg,Fe,Zn and Mn in the root soil of Calcium-inducing Camellia was higher than that in the root soil of Calcium-scented Camellia, and the content of P,K and Ca in the root soil of Calcium-inducing Camellia was lower than that in the root soil of Calcium-scented Camel.lia.The content of P,Ca,Mg,Fe and Mn in the root of Calcium-inducing Camellia was higher than that in the root of Calcium-scented Camellia, while the content of N,K and Zn in the root of Calcium-inducing Camellia was lower than that in the root of Calcium-scented Camellia. The content of N,Ca,Mg,Fe and Mn in the stem of Calcium-inducing Camellia was higher than that in the stem of Calcium-scented Camellia. The content of N and K in the stem of Calcium-inducing Camellia was lower than that in the stem of Calcium-scented Camellia. The content of Zn in the stem of Calcium-inducing Camellia was equal to that in the stem of and Calcium-scented Camellia. The content of P,Ca and Mn in the root soil of Calcium-inducing Camellia was higher than that in the root soil of Calcium-scented Camellia. The content of N,K,Mg,Fe and Zn in the root soil of Calcium-inducing Camellia was lower than that in the root soil of Calcium-scented Camellia.(2)The element content of Calcium-inducing Camellia was higher than that of Calcium-scented Camellia.Ca content was the highest in the roots, stems and leaves of both Calcium-inducing Camellia and Calcium-scented Camellia, while Fe content was the highest in the root soil and Zn content ws the lowest in the root soil, roots, stems and leaves. However,P,Fe,Zn and Mn in plants had little difference because of their small contents.(3)With the increase of calcium concentration, the net photosynthetic rate(Pn)of four kinds of Camellia showed a decreasing trend, but the Pn of two kinds of Calcium-scented Camellia were decreaser,Chlorophyll contents, actual light energy conversion efficiency and the electron transfer efficiency ETR decreased with the increase of calcium stress;the maximum light energy conversion efficiency and malondialdehyde contents There was no significant difference in the amount of soluble sugar between the two kinds of Camellia under different calcium treatments. The soluble sugar contents of the two kinds of Calcium-inducing Camellia was significantly higher than that of the two kinds of Calcium-scented Camellia. The higher soluble sugar content of Calcium-scented Camellia may be more conducive to its adaptation to the high calcium environment.(4)The correlation analysis of calcium uptake, root, stem and leaf calcium content and other nutrient elements absorption, content and physiological indexes of Calcium-inducing Camellia and Calcium-scented Camellia showed that N,K and Ca were synergistic,P,Mg,Fe,Zn and Mn were synergistic;net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate were closely related, chlorophyll contents and Malondialdehyde contents was also closely related to these two physiological indicators.
