Discussion On The Development Of Sericulture Industry Under The Background Of Poverty Alleviation

silkworm,i.e.sericulture and mulberry planting,was an important pillar of ancient agriculture.China is a big agricultural country with abundant land resources and the development of sericulture agriculture,which has made the sericulture of Central Plains civilization ahead of the world for thousands of years,and also promoted the increase of wealth.After the Song Dynasty,the center of sericulture moved southward,and the development of sericulture in Central Plains was gradually backward.The low income of farmers and the outflow of a large number of rural labor force have led to the abandonment of farmland,and the development of sericulture industry is facing a huge test.In order to solve this situation,the Ministry of Commerce launched the Eastern Sangsang Westward Migration Plan,which played a great role in promoting the economy of Central Plains and the development of sericulture industry as a whole.The economic benefits of sericulture industry are characterized by relatively stable and sustainable benefits in a short period of time.Under the background of precise poverty alleviation,the development of sericulture industry can effectively promote regional economy,promote the efficient development of poverty alleviation work,help farmers in the region get rid of poverty and realize rural revitalization.This paper takes Xingcun migrant entrepreneurship sericulture Industrial Park in Jiaocun Town as an example to discuss the sericulture development under the background of poverty alleviation.Through the collation of literature,this paper interprets the mechanism and advantages of sericulture industry as a precise poverty alleviation industry under the background of Rural Revitalization and poverty alleviation policy.By studying the development and current situation of new mulberry industry at home and abroad,on-site investigation,comprehensive analysis of factors such as the location of Xingcun District in Jiaocun Town,combined with SWOT analysis conclusions,it summarizes the planning objectives and construction of the sericulture industry park for immigrants and entrepreneurs in Xingcun Town of Jiaocun Town Principle:(1)Focusing on increasing farmers' income and enterprises' efficiency,innovating management mechanism,improving service system,introducing leading enterprises,enhancing sericulture production capacity,maximizing farmers' participation,enabling them to achieve independent entrepreneurship and develop sericulture industry.(2)To build a standardized ecological high-yield mulberry garden,effectively improve the level of scientific sericulture,improve the supporting facilities for sericulture,improve the technical service system,and build sericulture into a sustainable circular economy industry.(3)Introduce the traditional combination of breeding and breeding mode and a variety of economic production mode,increase the added value of sericulture products,achieve more diversified development of sericulture industry,so that the product chain is continuously extended and broadened,and fully develop the diversified economic benefits of sericulture industry.For example,developing a variety of characteristic sericulture processing products,developing leisure tourism industry,providing services such as picking yards,etc.,so that tourists can experience the cultural life of planting mulberry and sericulture,which can effectively improve the level of local economic development in poor areas.Finally,under the guidance of construction objectives and principles,the main construction contents and phased planning of the sericulture Industrial Park for migrants and entrepreneurs in Xingcun,Jiaocun Town were determined,and the zoning and spatial layout of the industrial park were formed.The overall construction plan also included road system,electric power system,water system and infrastructure planning,with emphasis on the silkworm breeding shed and small silkworm breeding room.Planning,and scientific research and elaboration on mulberry planting garden.Estimate the cost of the project in the process of investment and construction and the economic,social and ecological benefits of the industrial park.Through the combination of theory and practice,we can complete the construction of sericulture Industrial Park of Xingcun migrants in Jiaocun Town,in order to promote regional economic development,achieve poverty alleviation,and promote rural revitalization,and also provide some reference for the development of sericulture industry in other areas.
