This study with the method of potted dosage of the nano chitin key growth period of summer maize growth,dry matter accumulation in different organs,photosynthesis,distribution of NPK nutrients absorption,yield and grain quality,and the influence of soil nutrient,aims at providing a nano chitin in corn production applications to provide practical basis.1.The appropriate concentration of nanochitin can promote the growth and development of summer maize and the accumulation of dry matter.In order to 6mg·kg-1 At this level,compared with the control group,the number of leaves and SPAD value were significantly increased,with an increase of 5.8%and 26.4%,respectively.The root,stem,bract+cob,aboveground part and total dry matter weight were significantly increased,with an increase of 26.4%,50.6%,48.2%,40.3%and 35.9%,respectively.In the mature stage,plant height,stem diameter and leaf number were significantly increased by 5.8%,7.4%and 8.9%,respectively,and stem,leaf,aboveground and total dry matter weight were significantly increased by 27.4%,58.7%,22.6%and 11.5%,respectively.2.The appropriate concentration of nanochitin can improve the photosynthesis of summer maize in the key growth period at 6mg·kg-1.At this level,the Tr of transpiration rate at jointing stage was significantly increased by 28.0%compared with the control group.During the grouting period,intercellular carbon dioxide Ci and photosynthetic rate Pn were significantly increased by 118.2%and 253.6%,respectively3.Appropriate concentration of nanochitin can improve the yield and grain quality of summer maize.In order to 6mg·kg-1 At this level,grain number per ear,grain weight per 100 grain and yield were significantly increased by 26.2%and 16.0%,respectively,while zinc content and zinc accumulation were significantly increased by 26.5%and 56.8%,respectively,compared with the control.Iron accumulation and crude protein accumulation were significantly increased by 21.4%and 61.7%,respectively.The starch content and starch accumulation were significantly increased by 18.0%,31.2%and 17.2%,respectively.4.Appropriate concentration of nanochitin can promote the accumulation of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in summer maize.Nitrogen accumulation was 6mg·kg-1·At this level,compared with the control group,the accumulation of root,stem and total nitrogen at jointing stage was significantly increased by 378.9%,77.4%and 103.8%,respectively.Root,bract+cob and total nitrogen accumulation were significantly increased by 69.8%,186.1%and 88.4%,respectively.The total accumulation of root,stem,leaf,grain and nitrogen in mature stage increased by 62.1%,35.0%,95.5%,61.7%and 57.5%,respectively.Phosphate accumulation was 6mg·kg-1 Processing effect 1s best,compared the levels to jointing stage plant p signifieantly increased by 77.2%,the total amount and Yilking stage roots,stems,leaves,bracts+cob and total p accumulation increased significantly,were significantly increased by 500%,432.2%,234.3%,78.7%,310.0%,of root,stem,bract,grain,and total p accumulation increased significantly,were significantly increased by 58.8%,326.1%,112.0%,164.9%,118.2%.Potassium accumulation was 6mg·kg-1At this level,compared with the control group,root,leaf and total potassium accunulation were significantly increased at the jointing stage by 125.0%,82.4%and 42.1%,respectively.At the filling stage,root,stem and total potassium accumulation were significantly increased by 155.2%,169.5%and 119.9%,respectively.At the mature stage,root,leaf and bract+cob,grain and total potassium accumulation were significantly increased by 147.1%,95.8%,55.7%,175.7%and 126.2%,respectively.5.Appropriate concentration of nanochitin can improve soil nutrient content in critical growth period of sununer maize.In order to 6 mg·kg-1 Compared with the control group,the contents of available phosphorus and available potassium in soil organic matter at jointing stage were significantly increased by 23.9%,45.4%and 23.0%,and the contents of available phosphorus and available potassium in soil organic matter,ammonium nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium were significantly increased by 23.1%,44.1%,31.1%,88.9%and 22.0%,respectively.The contents of nitrate nitrogen and available potassium were significantly increased by 25.4%,73.3%,28.3%and 15%.
