In recent years,with the increasing scale of fur animal breeding in China,various infectious diseases occur frequently,which seriously threaten the development of the industry.Bacterial diseases often show a certain seasonal and infectious,if not treated in time,they will bring great economic losses to fur animal production.The bacterial diseases of reproductive organs in the breeding period of blue fox(Alopex lagopus)are mostly seasonal prevalent,with the characteristics of acute onset and high infection rate.In the early stage of infection,it often shows abnormal vaginal,which can lead to female fox nonpregnant,abortion,stillbirth.In severe cases,it can directly lead to the death of female fox.In view of the above situation,during the breeding period of blue fox from March to May in 2017 and March to May in 2018,the bacteria were isolated and identified by collecting vaginal secretions from the infected female fox in a blue fox farm in Harbin.The pathogenicity test and drug sensitivity determination of the isolated bacteria were carried out.The results showed that 8 kinds of bacteria were isolated from the vaginal secretion of blue fox during estrus,which were E.coli(22.45%),Salmonella(4.08%),Rmirabillis(18.37%),S.sonnei(2.04%),E.sakazakii(4.08%),P.aeruginosa(34.69%),S.aureus(10.20%)and E.faecalis(4.08%)and there are cases of double infection and triple infection.Among them,the dominant bacteria are E.coli,P.mirabillis and P.aeruginosa.The results of pathogenicity test and antibiotics sensitivity determination of bacteria showed that there were 4 stains of E.coli,2 strains of Salmonella,1 strain of S.sonnei,17 strains of P.aeruginosa and 2 strains of E.faecalis caused the disease of artificially infected pregnant mice and the above bacteria have certain drug resistance to different kinds of antibiotics.Among them,piperacillin and imipenem had good antibacterial and bactericidal effects on the pathogenic bacteria,which could provide evidence for the treatment of bacterial diseases of reproductive organs in blue fox during estrus.At the same time,in order to shorten the diagnosis and treatment time of vaginal bacterial diseases in blue fox during estrus,the antibiotics sensitivity of bacteria was determined directly by using samples without bacterial isolation and culture.The results were consistent with the routine antibiotics sensitivity test and proved to be accurate.Imipenem,the most sensitive antibiotic,was used to treat the sick mother fox.After one week of treatment,76.35%of the female fox vaginal secretion disappeared.This method can save the diagnosis time of vaginal bacterial disease of blue fox during estrus to a certain extent,and provide timely reference for clinical use of antibiotics.
