Based on the analysis of the development history,current situation and development trend of shrub harvesting machinery at home and abroad,this paper proposes a small crawler double circle suitable for the current development of China’s forestry industry by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various types of shrub harvesting machinery.The design of the sawing and brushing machine,and detailed design,research and calculation of its overall layout and specific structure.Aiming at the growth characteristics and planting environment of shrubs in China,this paper proposes a double circular saw brush cutter with crawler chassis as the carrier,and designs and analyzes the brush irrigation mechanism and crawler walking mechanism of the brush cutter.The component’s composition,relative positional relationship,connection form,and installation size.Determine the performance parameters of the double circular saw brush cutter,and calculate the cutting force and cutting power required by the brush cutter by studying the cutting theory of the bush and combining the cutting elements of the wood.The LS-DYNA dynamic analysis software was combined with the performance parameters of the brush cutter to simulate the cutting process of the brush cutter,and the equivalent stress change cloud diagram and the equivalent stress curve during the cutting process of the brush cutter were obtained.The chassis performance of the small crawler double circular saw brush cutter is analyzed,and the steering performance,driving stability and obstacle-obstacle performance of the brush cutter are analyzed and calculated according to the structural parameters of the whole machine,and the minimum turning radius of the brush cutter is obtained.The extreme tipping angle,the lateral anti-rollover angle,the traversable width that can be passed,and the vertical obstacle height that can be crossed verify the stability of the whole machine.Based on the overall design and key structural design of the small crawler double circular saw brush cutter,ANSYS finite element analysis software was used to perform static analysis and modal analysis on key components,and the deformation,stress,and The strain cloud map and the first six natural frequencies and vibration modes verify that the strength and stiffness meet the design requirements of the brush cutter.Design the control system of the small crawler type double circular saw brush cutter,describe the function of the brush cutter control system and analyze the resource requirements,complete the design of the control system circuit schematic diagram,hardware selection and control terminal software.Design and Development.The new type of small-crawler double circular saw brush-cutting machine designed in this paper meets the demand of shrub harvesting in artificial shrubs in China,and provides a new idea and basis for the innovative design of shrub harvesting equipment in China.
